In recent years,large-scale urban transformation and renewal movements have gradually emerged,and the urbanization process has been accelerating.While improving urban infrastructure and promoting the expansion of urban living space,it also caused the problem of reasonable recycling of old industrial areas to a certain extent.Through field investigations and theoretical studies on the recycling projects of 130 typical old industrial areas across the country,it was found that there is a large loophole in government compensation for such projects,resulting in low enthusiasm for investors and original enterprises to participate,and intensifying the conflicts between participants Thus hindering the project process.The research found that the projects that have implemented compensation measures currently have problems such as irrational compensation resource allocation,single compensation methods,poor compensation results,and unscientific compensation schemes.Therefore,it is particularly important to determine a scientific and reasonable compensation plan.This paper aims at enhancing the scientificity of compensation schemes and improving compensation effects,and conducts research on the combination optimization of compensation methods and the optimization of compensation schemes.The main contents and results of the research are as follows:(1)Basic research on the compensation scheme of recycling projects in old Industrial Areas.Based on the research status at home and abroad and literature,the existing problems and the necessity of compensation in the recycling of old industrial areas are elaborated.The existing compensation methods are systematically combed and combined design is carried out.Combination compensation method.(2)Research on the Optimal Combination Model of Compensation Methods for Recycling Projects in Old Industrial Zones.Combined with the characteristics of the recycling project in the old industrial area,the applicability and limitations of the Markowitz mean-variance model are analyzed.At the same time,the triangular fuzzy number is used to determine the parameter values.An optimal combination model with compensation methods as the research object is constructed,and calculated using Lingo software.The optimal compensation ratio of the three combined compensation methods,provide reference for government to allocate compensation resources.(3)Research on the optimization model of compensation schemes for recycling projects in old industrial areas.A TOPSIS scheme optimization model of hesitant fuzzy language based on prospect theory is proposed,and the scheme optimization process is analyzed.First,determine the optimal index of the compensation plan,and use hesitant fuzzy language theory to describe the uncertain index information.Then construct the prospect decision matrix and normalize it.Finally,the TOPSIS method is used to rank and select alternatives to provide a reference for the government compensation plan decision.(4)Study on the optimal case of the compensation scheme for recycling in the old industrial area.Taking a recycling project in an old industrial area in Wuhan as an example,a mathematical model is constructed and solved to determine the compensation scheme.The results show that the compensation scheme obtained by using the mathematical model established in this paper can significantly improve the compensation effect of the recycling projects in the old industrial area,which verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the model.
