The emergence and development of rural communities is an inherent need of social change.The effective supply of public services in rural communities is related to the development of rural society,economy and culture,and is the key to the realization of rural revitalization strategies.At the same time,the rural revitalization strategy is integrated with the new urbanization strategy.With the transformation of the urban-rural relationship and the development foundation and characteristics of various villages are different,it has become a trend to promote rural development by classification,which has proposed a new allocation of public service facilities in rural communities.Claim.However,the current rural public service facilities allocation standards often have certain limitations and backwardness,and cannot respond well to village development laws and evolution trends,and it is difficult to match the development needs of public service facilities.Relying on the development platform of Yangling Demonstration Zone,Xinji Village has a good foundation for agricultural industry development,and will merge with surrounding villages to form a rural community in the future.Therefore,this article selects Xinji Village in Yangling District as the research object to discuss the appropriate allocation of public service facilities in the village,and provides reference for the practice of public service facilities allocation in Xinji Village.First,this study analyzes the development characteristics of rural communities.On this basis,it analyzes the coupling relationship between rural community public service facilities allocation and life circle theory,clarifies the dynamic mechanism of rural community public service facilities allocation,and conducts specific research for the following.Lay the theoretical foundation.Secondly,based on the survey of the current status of public service facilities in Xinji Village,the supply and use of the current configuration of the village's facilities are analyzed and summarized,and the main contradictions of the village's facility configuration are further clarified.Thirdly,combined with the development characteristics of Xinji Village,the development needs of public service facilities in Xinji Village were clarified,and the content and characteristics of the demand for public service facilities in the village were analyzed and predicted.Finally,through the analysis of the classification and stratification of each facility,the appropriate allocation strategy is proposed for the public service facilities of Xinji Village from the aspects of facility configuration content,layout,construction timing and implementation guarantee.Through this research,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,the public service facilities in Xinji Village currently face the contradiction of "supply" is greater than "demand",and the allocation of public service facilities needs to be improved in quality and quantity.Secondly,combined with the specific analysis of Xinji Village's crowd demand characteristics and residents' travel characteristics,the village's public service facilities are divided into three categories: status quo adjustment,space addition,and Internet technology upgrade,and a classification and stratification is established.Ordered configuration ideas.Finally,under the influence of the application and popularization of Internet technology,the public service facilities of Xinji Village can be retained according to the status quo,the addition/cancellation of space scale,the expansion of the use of functions,the improvement of space quality,the flexible configuration,the development of online service methods,etc.Configuration content optimization and improvement.
