Study On The Configuration Strategy Of Supporting Facilities In Residential Areas Based On Open Blocks

Due to the long construction time of existing urban areas,the problems of lack of supporting facilities,single function and inconvenience in use in residential areas are becoming more and more prominent,which are quite different from the actual needs of residents at present.In this paper,xi 'an xingfu road is selected as the research object.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the allocation of supporting facilities in the residential areas and the residents' use of the facilities,it is found that there are many problems in the allocation of supporting facilities in the residential areas.Residents' daily life is increasingly rich,which is not limited to the residential area where they live,but spread outward.The inward layout of supporting facilities in residential areas affects the Shared use of facilities and reduces the convenience of residents.Residents' daily life is increasingly rich,and they have increasingly diversified choices of supporting facilities in their residential areas.However,the types of facilities and service contents are often relatively single,which brings inconvenience to shopping,school,exercise,medical treatment and other activities.The allocation and construction of supporting facilities in education,commerce and other residential areas are not balanced.Some residents have a relatively long distance to travel for relevant activities,which makes life inconvenient.The construction standard of primary medical and health facilities is not high,and the service level is low.Residents are reluctant to choose,which leads to the decline of convenience for residents and the high efficiency of facilities.Through the relevant research on the development and construction of blocks and urban planning scholars at home and abroad,it is found that the development of urban blocks shows a trend towards the development of open blocks.Open blocks are characterized by small blocks,resource sharing and walking friendliness,which is corresponding to the allocation of supporting facilities in residential areas.Therefore,this paper,based on the open block,explores the allocation strategy of supporting facilities in residential areas,and proposes the system construction of supporting facilities in residential areas,so as to propose a feasible scheme for the allocation of supporting facilities in existing urban areas in the future.This paper is divided into five parts.In the first part,the research background is introduced firstly.The research scope is selected from the section of xingfu road in xi 'an city,and the research methods and routes are mainly elaborated.The second part studies the theories and practices related to the allocation of supporting facilities in residential areas at home and abroad as well as the development process of block construction at home and abroad and the theoretical research on open blocks in China.The third part introduces the construction and development of xi 'an xingfu road and the configuration status of all kinds of residential facilities,and puts forward the characteristics and problems in the configuration and construction of all kinds of residential facilities.The fourth part,from the perspective of residents' needs,analyzes the choice of residents in the use of various supporting facilities in residential areas in favor of travel routes,and analyzes the configuration of supporting facilities in residential areas from the perspective of residents' use.The fifth part summarizes the allocation of supporting facilities in residential areas,the relevant national regulations and the direction of urban development,summarizes the allocation target of supporting facilities in residential areas,studies the allocation strategy of supporting facilities in residential areas dominated by open blocks,and proposes the system construction of supporting facilities in residential areas.
