At present, the transformation of urban planning has become the consensus of most planning practitioners. At the same time, the proposal of "acquisition" also means that the national level gradually pays attention to user satisfaction and seeks human satisfaction."Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standard(GB50180-2018)"(hereinafter referred to as "Standard")is divided into hierarchical levels by "life circle" to make it more suitable for China’s national conditions. This article takes the five-minute life circle residential area of a small city-Chengnan Jiayuan,Ningxiang City as the research object, and refers to the new version of the urban residential area planning and design standards to evaluate the current status of the supporting facilities configuration in Chengnan Jiayuan residential area.Demand analysis and sense of acquisition analysis,to explore the difference between residents’ needs and national standards, the difference between the supporting requirements in national standards and residents’ sense of acquisition, and the impact mechanism of supporting facilities on residents’ sense of acquisition.Upgraded supporting facility planning strategies to improve the adaptability of "Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standards(GB50180-2018)" in small cities.First, analyze the configuration status of supporting facilities in the Jiayuan residential area in the south of the city.According to the evaluation results of the configuration status, residents’ demand analysis and residents’ sense of gain are analyzed.-2018)" The supporting requirements are misaligned, and there is a clear age difference in residents’ demand for supporting facilities, and there are gender differences in some supporting facilities.2.Due to the change in the judgment standards of residents and the smooth traffic situation in small cities, the current situation of the allocation of junior high schools and elementary schools with highdemand for residents does not meet the "standard",but the residents get a high sense.3.Due to the difference in residents’ demand trends, although the current situation of the sports venues with higher residents’ demands does not meet the requirements of the ten-minute and fifteen-minute life circle, residents have a high sense of satisfaction.4.Post courier outlets, hospitals, bus stations, small supermarkets, leisure venues, barber shops, telecommunication business outlets, and catering facilities are related to residents’ comprehensive facilities, and the degree of correlation is from small to large.Secondly,it proposes a plan for supporting facilities in residential areas based on the improvement of residents’ sense of gain: 1.Pay attention to the matching of supporting facilities and the needs of residents, and set up supporting facilities according to the needs of residents.2.Prioritize the configuration of supporting facilities that affect the sense of supporting facilities, and then configure the rest of the facilities according to the needs of residents.3.Pay attention to delimiting or reserving the land area of the old-age facilities, because the residents’ demand for the old-age facilities is delayed. Finally,it discusses the adaptability of "Standards" applied to small cities: 1.Change the criteria for delineating the level of life circle in due course. The five-minute,ten-minute,and fifteen-minute walks of the life circle can be replaced by other modes of transportation, such as the reach that can be reached in five, ten,or fifteen minutes by bus.2.Flexibly consider the location of supporting facilities.Due to the difference in population density between small cities, large cities, and megacities, some supporting facilities cannot meet the threshold population within the required allocation range. It is necessary to change the flexibility of their location selection and expand their service radius to meet the threshold population.3.Refine the planning conditions of residential land.Take measures to force market construction of certain necessary facilities.
