Research Storm Surge Adaptive Landscape Design In Light Of Resilient City

As global warming and sea levels continue to rise,the frequency of extreme weather events increases.How to build an adaptive city has become a hot research topic.In the traditional planning,the defense thinking is based on resistance,which forms the storm surge defense system which is dominated by the gray defensive infrastructure.This system not only isolates urban life and the natural environment,but also increases the risk and cost of cities in dealing with disasters.Therefore,this paper wants to introduce the perspective of urban resilience,try to build a landscape design framework adaptable to storm surge disaster,and apply it to the major coastal cities in China.First of all,the paper combs and studies the formation and development of the theory of urban resilience,and summarizes the theoretical principles of improving urban resilience and the enlightenment in the field of urban planning.Then the storm surge and storm surge disaster are analyzed,the hazard sand and influence factors of storm surge are analyzed,and the means and existing problems of modern human defense against storm surge are discussed,and the feasibility and necessary value of urban resilience and storm surge adaptive landscape are discussed,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the latter.Secondly,by analyzing the problems faced by the adaptive landscape of various types of storm surge in coastal cities,this paper takes the west coast of Bao’an in Shenzhen as an example to investigate and study,and on the basis of the rain water digestion and utilization,coastal defense,ecological environment,Five specific solutions are proposed in the five aspects of coastal space and disaster prevention and shelter system: building a blue-green network system,developing amphibious sponge cities;Add disaster prevention and shelter space,strengthen disaster monitoring finally,the article takes the west coast of Bao’an in Shenzhen as a research case,applies the strategy summarized earlier,builds the west coast of Bao’an with resilience,and improves its storm surge adaptability.In this paper,the theory of urban resilience is taken as a perspective,taking the adaptive landscape of storm surge as the research object,so that the two combine and promote each other.And the application practice to sum up the relevant experience,improve the theory in the coastal zone design of the specific application,help to promote the coastal city of storm surge disaster adaptability,ecological environment improvement and the development of the city’s toughness.
