Urban public space is an important place for residents to carry out public communication,entertainment,fitness and other activities.The layout of public space is of great significance for the efficient and convenient organization of urban public life and the improvement of residents' living quality.As a typical city in the hinterland of qinling mountains,shangluo is also a typical valley city in southern shaanxi.With rapid economic development,natural and cultural resources are enriched.However,with the continuous increase of population size in recent years,the expansion of urban space has been accelerated rapidly and the urbanization process has been accelerated.At the same time,there are some problems in the downtown area of shangluo,such as the low level of public space planning and construction,the insufficient adaptability of relevant norms and standards,and the difficulty of the scale and distribution of public space to meet the daily needs of urban residents.Based on central city shangluo regional natural environment,urban development and construction,population spatial distribution and residents to use public space characteristics,the layout of the research center of shangluo city public space,mainly in order to alleviate the increasingly prominent public space layout and residents use the contradiction of demand does not match,thus improving public space scale,optimizing the public space layout,realize the sustainable healthy development of urban space in particularly urgent.This paper mainly from the following aspects to carry out the research.First,"basic research and analysis of the status quo".It includes research background,definition of relevant concepts,review of domestic and foreign research and analysis of current situation.By defining the relevant concepts and sorting out the research results at home and abroad,this paper intends to study the public space layout of shangluo central city by selecting green space square and sports ground as the type of public space layout,and deconstruct the public space layout of shangluo central city into two aspects: scale and distribution.Therefore,through the on-site investigation of the public space in the central city of shangluo,the issuance of a large number of questionnaires,and the use of GIS software analysis means,the analysis concluded that the public space in the central city of shangluo has the problem of insufficient scale and uneven distribution.Second,the research of "prediction of suitability scale".It includes population forecast,index delineation and scale prediction.The research is mainly carried out from the two aspects of indicator demarcation and scale prediction.Firstly,based on the prediction results of urban population size,the community is divided into three categories: reserved community,reconstructed community and newly-built community by combining the layout influencing factors.Secondly,the per capita index of public space in shangluo central urban area is determined.Among them,the per capita index of citylevel green space square is 8.13-12.8 square meters/person,and the per capita index of community-level green space square is 1-2 square meters/person.The per capita index of urban sports venues is 0.6-1 ?/ person,and that of community sports venues is 0.17-0.48?/ person.Then,based on the comprehensive consideration of the per capita index of appropriate public space and the influencing factors of layout,the scale of Greenland square and sports field is predicted from the urban level and the community level,and the final result is that the long-term city-level and community-level Greenland square scale of shangluo central city is between 366-576 ha and 41-84 ha respectively.The size of urban and community sports venues is between 27-45 ha and 7-18 ha,respectively.Third,the research of "equality distribution optimization".It includes distribution guidance,distribution optimization and optimization test.Mainly from guiding,distribution optimization,and optimize test from three aspects,the green square and from the city level and community level level sports field distribution guidance,combined with the predicted results of the distribution scale optimization,finally through the GIS network analysis to verify the rationality of the distribution,so as to get the following conclusion: green square in downtown shangluo presents "center into a belt,group growth pattern,city level 5 from the green square new community level 55 new green square;The sports field presents the layout mode of "three-point strength,close to the green space",with 1 new sports field at the city level and 16 new stadiums at the community level.Therefore,based on the residents' demand as the starting point,through the analysis of the status quo of public space,combined with the center of shangluo city itself has a natural geographical environment and the characteristics of the urban development and construction,trying to explore suitable center in shangluo city public space layout,southern shaanxi or more valley type for a case study on the development of urban public space theory.
