Today's society and economy are developing rapidly,the speed of urbanization is accelerating,and the serious traffic jams on the ground can no longer meet the development needs of the current people.The development of the subway conforms to the current social development process.However,under the background of high-speed subway construction,a series of construction quality problems continue to emerge,and improving the quality of subway construction has become the focus of people's attention.The Qingdao Metro is now developing rapidly.From August 2009,the Qingdao Metro construction plan was approved.Metro Line 3,as the first rail transit line constructed by Qingdao,started construction in2010 and is now officially open to traffic.Metro Line 13,as an important connecting line between Huangdao City and Dongjiakou,has been under construction since 2015.The first phase of the project has been completed by 2018.It is now officially in operation and provides convenience for residents of the West Coast New District.The landforms of Qingdao are structural denudation landforms,hillside slope accumulation landforms and river erosion accumulation landforms.After a long period of geological movements,the Qingdao area has formed geological conditions of "upper soft and lower hard".Qingdao belongs to a coastal city,and its groundwater resources are particularly abundant,which has caused great difficulties in construction.The seepage and cracking of the second liner concrete are the construction quality problems that are currently being sought to solve.This paper analyzes the whole process of a bid section of the Qingdao Metro Line 13 project,adopts a comprehensive quality method,and combines advanced research results at home and abroad to analyze the whole process before construction,during construction,and at the stage of project completion acceptance.Aiming at the topography of Qingdao,combined with the status quo of on-site construction,based on the comprehensive quality management and PDCA cycle principle as the basic theory,the problems in the on-site construction were found,and two rounds of PDCA cycle were carried out in the basic project to solve the main problems.Good application in basic engineering,PDCA is cyclically applied to the main project,analyzes the cause of the problem,takes reasonable measures to solve,and controls the decisive factors that affect the quality of the project in real time.Each side took corresponding measures,introduced in detail the problems and main points of quality control in each aspect,studied the quality control problems that occurred during the subway construction,proposed solutions to the main problems,and comprehensively controlled the quality of the project.Through the quality management of the entire process of a bidding section of Qingdao Metro Line 13 project,it is proved that the overall quality of the project is inseparable from each stage of the entire construction process.The quality management of the subwayproject must be refined,timely improved during the implementation process,and the previously formulated measures should be optimized.With the continuous promotion of the construction party,the construction party,the supervision party,etc.,the quality of the project is more perfect management.
