A Study Of Risk Management Of The Beautiful Village Project

G town government plans to take advantage of the strategic opportunity of rural revitalization,yantai city on the fast train of economic development,planning the D beautiful village residential project.According to the status quo,planning,functional positioning and implementation strategy of the project,it is found that there are many problems in the project,such as the difficulty of villagers’ relocation,the huge financing gap,the difficulty of social capital introduction,the grand project planning and the limited government power,which will lead to the difficulty of promoting the project or even the failure of the project.To identify,evaluate and respond to the project risks in the D beautiful village is the key to the smooth construction and operation of the project.Paper based on the theory of project risk management,analyze the D beautiful village project situation and planning condition,using the method of brainstorming to identify project risks,build the project risk evaluation index system,using chromatography analysis method to determine the project risk evaluation index weights,using the fuzzy synthesis assessment project risk and risk points,the last point to develop project risk coping strategies.The paper evaluates that the risk level of the project is grade B and the risk is small,so it is necessary to check some of the larger risk points and improve the project risk plan and risk management system.The project has four key risk points,which are project financing risk,project construction management risk,market operation management risk and supply quality management risk.Response to project financing risks: combination of phased development and multiple rounds of financing,and diversified financing channels.Project construction management risk response: the establishment of a professional project management organization,public bidding contractors,flexible way out of the contract,the establishment of a sound construction organization system,the hiring of professional acceptance company acceptance.Response to market operation and management risks: improve the corporate governance structure of the owner,introduce advanced information management system,precision marketing,strategic cooperation and collaborative management among subsidiaries.To deal with the risk of supply quality management: selecting suppliers by means of public bidding,qualification review and performance-price ratio;Evaluate the supply quality by three aspects: supply timeliness,supply cost and supply quality,and strictly control the supply quality;Establish a supplier repository.To some extent,the thesis complements the vacancy of the risk research of ecological agriculture project and provides the application way of risk management theory.The project risk points and countermeasures evaluated in this paper have practicalapplication value to the risk management of the D beatiful village residential project,and can also provide reference and guidance for the response to the risks of ecological agriculture projects.
