| In the shipbuilding industry,gas turbines have become the mainstream power supply devices due to their good comprehensive performance and huge development potential,which have irreplaceable application prospects especially in the military field.In the design and production of marine gas turbines,performance evaluation is indispensable,and the evaluation results affect the selection of applications and the final production of products generally.The evaluation of marine gas turbines is a multi-objective comprehensive assessment problem,which is a study of the data aggregation demonstration method after the overall performance decomposition of the turbines.The main research aspects of work in this article are as followed:(1)Starting from the requirements of the performance evaluation of marine gas turbines,the basic steps for establishing an evaluation model are clarified.According to the overall structural characteristics and performance requirements of the marine gas turbines,the basic idea of analytic hierarchy process is used to establish a framework for the evaluation index system.(2)Based on the difference between the decision makers’ correspondence between the change values of different index data and the expected value changes,the original data normalization processing method based on utility function is proposed,which provides more applicable data support for the evaluation of aggregated operations.(3)Aiming at the actual situation of multi-operating operation of marine gas turbines,an improved grey target algorithm is proposed,and the data information of the working condition dimension is deeply aggregated.With the participate of the multi-operating operation information in the evaluation of the performance of the design working conditions,the evaluation results are closer to the real conditions.This paper establishes a model framework for comprehensive performance evaluation of marine gas turbines and improves the evaluation calculation method,which improves the practical inadequacy of relevant research theories,and has certain reference significance for systematic research and open thinking in this field. |
