With the rapid development of our country's economy,more and more cities suffer from “urban diseases”,and the utility tunnel is one of the important ways to solve“urban diseases”.The internal space of the utility tunnel is relatively closed and narrow and contains many kinds of pipelines.During the operation of a variety of equipment,various harmful or flammable gases may be produced,and the temperature and humidity may be changed.They have a significant impact on the personnel safety and equipment in the operation and maintenance of the utility tunnel.At present,the utility tunnel environment safety studies in China is in the primary stage of development.This paper will combine existing standards and knowledge of toxicology in our country,and reference the relevant research of air quality and mine safety monitoring,with the utility tunnel environment as the research object,the fusion utility tunnel environment safety information to its security for the following research:(1)According to the national standard,the reference to the toxicology knowledge and accident cause theory,considering the influence of various factors,analysis of the characteristics of the utility tunnel accidents and operation maintenance practice,build the utility tunnel environment safety evaluation index system.The evaluation index system includes three categories: human,equipment and environment,13 qualitative indexes and 6 quantitative indexes.The scoring rules of every index are provided.The weight of each index is determined by AHP.(2)Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation model of the utility tunnel environmental safety is built.The grade of the utility tunnel environmental safety is classified into four grades: safety,low risk,moderate danger and high risk.The comprehensive evaluation model is verified by usingthe actual data collected by a xi 'an utility tunnel.The safety level of the utility tunnel is determined and the relative importance of comprehensive evaluation indexes of the utility tunnel is analyzed by weight.It provides a new reference project for the construction,operation and maintenance of the utility tunnel.(3)Based on the analytic hierarchy process and the implement-ability,the main factors of the safety evaluation of the utility tunnel are determined.The multiple sources information fusion system is built according to the safety evaluation system.According to the environmental conditions and the collection of information needs to choose appropriate sensors,and carries on the reasonable disposition,the collected data is transmitted to the regional controller.Finally,the data is transmitted to the master control center and the data is collected,displayed,analysis and safety evaluation.Based on the system,the multisensor management problems of the wireless sensor network are discussed,with the network life cycle index as evaluation parameters,and the cluster head node layout model is proposed.The purpose is to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the uniform layout and non-uniform layout of cluster head nodes.The comprehensive evaluation model of the utility tunnel environmental safety is set up by the paper.The model can make a correct assessment of the environmental safety condition and provide a reliable early warning for the operation and maintenance of personnel and equipment during the operation of the utility tunnel.The multisensor management problem of the utility tunnel environment monitoring system is studied,which is beneficial to the optimal allocation of sensor resources.
