| Railway is the backbone of the integrated transportation network system and has an irreplaceable position,but with the development of China’s transportation network,the contradiction between traffic construction and natural ecological resources is becoming more and more serious,the large scale railway construction puts forward higher requirements for ecological protection in China.The stage of railway construction is the most resource consumption and environmental pollution of the most serious stage,it can cause the irreversible effects to the ecological environment of the road.At present,China has promoted and implemented the relevant norms and standards of green railway station,green building and green construction of building,but the railway green construction is still in the exploratory stage.So how to effectively to promote the implementation of green railway construction projects,and how to reduce the energy consumption and environmental pollution,these are the great significance to the development of green economy and sustainable development in China.These paper is based on the reference of domestic and foreign research on railway construction and natural ecological environment protection,point at the characteristics of the ecological environment in the railway construction period,and according to the relevant standards and norms that have been promulgated in China,the following studies are carried out:Firstly,on the basis of reference to domestic and foreign research on railway green construction,this paper is understand the shortcomings of green construction in china,and expounding the necessity of promoting the green construction of railway projects and establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system of railway green construction in the line with the development of our country.As well as combining with the theory of sustainable development and the definition of the green construction,this paper according to the comparatve analysis of the commonly used weight determination methods and evaluation methods,and determines the comprehensive evaluation methids.Secondly,according to China’s current technical standards,evaluation criteria and every point of railway construction,this paper constructs the combination of qualitative and quantitative indexes of green railway construction indes system from the land and land resources utilization,energy saving and energy utilization,water saving and water resources utilization and environmental protection five aspects,and determines the evaluation criteria and evaluation levels of each index.Thirdly,based on the index system and comprehensive evaluation methods,in this paper,a comprehensive evaluation model of railway green construction based on the improved grey system theory is established.In order to determine the index weight is more objective,thispaper uses the euclidean distance formula of the traditional grey correlation analysis method was improved,the weight of each index is accurately,and using the grey clustering model according to the evaluation criteria and weight of each evaluation index.Finally,in order to verify the proposed railway construction comprehensive evaluation model is practicablity and maneuverability,this paper select the Lanzhou to Chongqing railway section of Gansu as the case study,according to the evaluation methods proposed in this thesis,the construction of green level of the segment is general,Basically meet the requirements of the evaluation standard 60%,and sum up the conclusion and outlook,and sun up the shortcomings of this article. |
