| Under the background of "double carbon",in order to achieve high quality development of power industry,we must pay attention to power quality.As the main means of power quality analysis,power quality comprehensive evaluation has become an indispensable research content.The comprehensive evaluation of power quality is also significant to the healthy operation of power system and the reasonable determination of electricity price.Based on the weight characteristics and evaluation model,this thesis carries out research in the field of power quality comprehensive evaluation.Firstly,centering on the establishment of the evaluation system,the concept of power quality and the acquisition of test data are introduced,and then the commonly used evaluation indexes are analyzed,next the comprehensive evaluation methods which are widely used are studied.In view of the problems of strong subjectivity,complicated evaluation steps and multiple evaluation objects in power quality comprehensive evaluation,grey target variable weight is introduced into power quality comprehensive evaluation,and a power quality comprehensive evaluation method based on grey target variable weight is proposed.Based on the contribution of grey target,the variable weight idea is introduced to calculate the weight,which improves the traditional grey target evaluation.The correctness of variable weight of grey target is verified by example analysis and comparison.The method also has the characteristics of strong objectivity,simple evaluation procedure and single object evaluation..Secondly,aiming at the problems of strong subjectivity and inaccurate results in power quality comprehensive evaluation,a power quality comprehensive evaluation method based on classification and combination weighting and blind number measure is proposed based on the blind number measure theory.In this method,the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is introduced into the classification load to reduce the subjective component as much as possible.In the evaluation model,considering that 95% probability value will lead to certain fluctuation of evaluation data,blind number measure is proposed and blind number correction is introduced to reduce the error caused by data fluctuation.After correcting the blind number,the curve-type unascertained function is introduced to measure the blind number.The curve-type unascertained function can scientifically widen the gap between the evaluation objects and make the evaluation result more accurate.The correctness of the proposed method is proved by the analysis and comparison of examples.Compared with the existing methods,the proposed method is more objective and accurate.Based on the two proposed methods of power quality comprehensive evaluation,this thesis designs a power quality comprehensive evaluation system based on weight characteristics and evaluation model by using C# programming language and Visual Studio platform.The system is divided into two software: power quality test data processing and comprehensive analysis software can make power quality report and process the test data to meet the requirements of power quality to be evaluated data;The power quality comprehensive evaluation software based on the weight characteristics and evaluation model can choose the weight calculation method and evaluation model according to the demand.An example evaluation shows that the system is correct and practical,and improves the efficiency of power quality evaluation.This thesis has 41 pictures,36 tables and 89 references. |
