As a new type of public transportation operation mode, the Flex-Route Transit(FRT)can effectively combine intelligent technology with diversified travel needs, can provide people with more convenient travel services, meet people's diverse travel needs, and effectively Expanding the functions of public transportation has good prospects for development.Domestic research on FRT scheduling focuses on single-vehicle operation scheduling research. However, the multi-vehicle operation scheduling system has more practical application value.Based on the above reasons, this paper focuses on the scheduling rules,Research strategies to expand the research content of the FRT dispatching system and provide theoretical research support for its future practical application. This paper focuses on the research of the FRT dispatching strategy under the cooperative operation of front and rear vehicles.Firstly, analyzed the service characteristics of the FRT,the key parameters of the system, and the operating rules of the FRT,based on these, initially conclued the basic operating characteristics of the Flex-Route Transit and the setting of the system parameters.Immediately afterwards, the scheduling method of the variable line bus and the progress of the front and rear vehicle departure intervals were studied to gain an in-depth understanding of the operation of the Flex-Route Transit scheduling system.Secondly, this paper explores the response of the front and rear vehicles of the Flex-Route Transit under the two-car operation mode.it analyzed the related influencing factors of the response of the Flex-Route Transit and the response relationship between the front and rear vehicles,so as to formulate the response rules of the front and rear vehicles, and then formulate the entire scheduling process in the two-vehicle mode.Thirdly, taking the departure time as the boundary, the two-stage scheduling model of multi-objective optimization that comprehensively considers passenger ride cost and enterprise operating cost is analyzed and established. The first stage is the static scheduling model, and the second stage is the dynamic scheduling stage.According to the characteristics of the two stages, the simulated annealing algorithm and the nearest insertion algorithm were designed to solve the two models. Finally,a computer numerical simulation method was used to simulate and analyze the two-vehicle mode of the Flex-Route Transit, and compared with the conventional bus mode and the single-vehicle mode, the results showed that under certain conditions, the variable line bus The cooperative operation mode of the vehicle is better than the conventional bus mode and the single-vehicle mode system in the system operation effect, thus verifying that the double-line scheduling mode of the Flex-Route Transit has better practical application value.
