Optical sights are the core components of weapon systems,which can enhance the combat power and accuracy of weapon systems.However,the harsh working environment will reduce the reliability of the optical sight and reduce its service life.Optical sight impact tester is a key device for simulating the impact mechanics environment of optical sights.It is mainly used to test the reliability and service life of optical sights.In order to solve the problem that the optical sight is complicated and difficult to simulate,this impact test machine uses electro-hydraulic servo technology to achieve a continuous high acceleration shock function,which improves the accuracy of the shock acceleration waveform reproduction to a certain extent.This is of great significance for the promotion of product quality testing in China.Aiming at the problems of low impact frequency,small damping ratio,and unstable system characteristics of the impact testing machine,a three-parameter control strategy was adopted to expand the operating bandwidth of the hydraulic system of the impact testing machine,while increasing the damping ratio and improving the acceleration waveform reproduction precision.Aiming at the problem that the interference signal in the experimental data of the impact tester cause that the characteristic value of the experimental signal cannot to be read normally,the EMD-wavelet threshold-LMS algorithm is used in this paper and its excellent performance of the algorithm in the feature extraction of cyclic high-acceleration shock signal is used to realize the accurate extraction of experimental signal feature information.In order to verify the compatibility of the three-parameter control strategy and the EMD-wavelet threshold-LMS algorithm with the impact tester system,a virtual prototype of electromechanical and hydraulic integration was built using VL motion,simulink,and AMESim,and the feasibility and shortcomings of the impact tester were confirmed based on the simulation results.So as to guide the improvement direction of the impact testing machine and formed a closed loop feedback design system.Finally,a perfect post-impact test machine was used to perform the impact test.According to the comparison of the collected working environment experimental data and the simulated impact data,it was found that the three-direction acceleration waveform peaks and pulse width values of the two environmental experimental data are very similar.The machine can accurately simulate the impact mechanical environment of the optical sight.
