Hydraulic transmission experiment is hydraulic transmission important part of teaching,through the hydraulic transmission experiment teaching, can let the student personal contactwith hydraulic components, participate in hydraulic transmission of experiments, to master itsworking principle, structure, performance, use method and practical application, experience toall kinds of hydraulic transmission, realize the teaching theory and practice. But our QCS003court of the type hydraulic test rig, manual operation trival, experimental process abstraction,testing precision low, hard to understand and grasp the issues,(LI Guang-ti)has not adapt tothe development of modern teaching and restricts the improvement of teaching quality.Along with the computer and modern measurement and control the development oftechnology, in desperate need of a simple operation, the experimental process image, intuitive,and high precision, easy to understand and grasp the economic intelligent and hydrauliccontrol system. So in QCS003type hydraulic transmission through hydraulic oil on the testdesign, install sensors, electro-hydraulic proportional valve, application of advanced thevirtual instrument technology and electro-hydraulic proportional control technology tocomputer as the platform, the development based on virtual instrument and electro-hydraulicproportional technology hydraulic measurement and control system.Based on the virtual instrument and electro-hydraulic proportional technology hydrauliccontrol system mainly includes: hydraulic pump performance measurement and controlsystem, the relief valve characteristic measurement and control system, throttling controlcircuit performance measurement and control system.Based on the virtual instrument technology and electro-hydraulic proportional controltechnology to computer as a platform, according to the composition of the hydraulic test andthe characteristics of the experiment content has developed a computer automaticmeasurement and control system. Introduced the hydraulic control system the choice ofhardware and the working principle of digital signal and analog signal acquisition and preventinterference treatment methods and electro-hydraulic proportional valve closed loop controlsystem, has completed the hydraulic control system hardware and software design, includinghardware design including hydraulic loop and electrical design. The computer through the electro-hydraulic proportional valve closed loop control system change hydraulic systempressure, at the same time for hydraulic system of flow rate, rotational speed and torque signalacquisition, storage and display, and the acquisition of the parameters on the analysis, theprocessing, real-time rendering characteristic curve, the machine-electricity-fluid technologyblended. And on the basis of the experimental results are analyzed and discussed, the resultsshow that the system test precision, reliable, software friendly interface, image, intuitive andeasy to operate, enables the student to the experiment principle and the functionalcharacteristics of hydraulic components at a glance, and to pack generation installation files,from development environment independent operation.
