| China is in a critical period of transformation and development from the world's largest shipbuilding country to the world's largest shipbuilding country.We need to fully understand the current situation of the world's shipbuilding country,deeply analyze the development status,advantages and strength of China's shipbuilding industry,accurately build an indicator system for the construction of China's shipbuilding country,deeply analyze the specific indicator status of China's shipbuilding industry in the world's shipbuilding country,and grasp China's indicator status.The index gap between the shipbuilding industry and the world's shipbuilding power further clarifies the aspects that we should focus on in building a shipbuilding power,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry,and provide certain theoretical support and practical guidance for the better and faster construction of China's world's shipbuilding power.Therefore,this paper takes the shipbuilding power as the research object,constructs the evaluation index system,studies the evaluation of the shipbuilding power in China,Japan and South Korea,and studies the demonstration of the shipbuilding power in China.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:First of all,the paper analyzes the current situation of the world shipbuilding industry,which lays the foundation of industry characteristics for the establishment of the index system of shipbuilding power;analyzes the main shipbuilding countries in the world,and clarifies the current situation,advantages and disadvantages of China,South Korea and Japan;analyzes the current situation of China's shipbuilding industry,and clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of China's shipbuilding industry development.Secondly,it uses the meta analysis to obtain the influencing factors of the shipbuilding industry development,and puts forward the generalized shipbuilding industry evaluation index.According to the design principle,the connotation and the theoretical model of the evaluation index of the shipbuilding power,it preliminarily selects the evaluation index that can reflect the shipbuilding power.On the basis of the initial index pool,it is necessary to design the questionnaire of the shipbuilding power By reliability and validity analysis,the evaluation indexes of shipbuildingpower are determined,and 12 specific indexes including scale development strength,quality efficiency,structure optimization level and technological innovation ability are constructed to build the evaluation index system of shipbuilding power.Thirdly,based on the evaluation index system of shipbuilding power built in this paper,AHP matter-element extension model is used to evaluate the shipbuilding power of China,Japan and South Korea;the evaluation results show that Korea and Japan are the shipbuilding power,and China is not the shipbuilding power at present.Fourth,empirical research has been carried out on the process of China's shipbuilding power in 2014-2018.The empirical research results show that China's shipbuilding power has a good development process,and the level of China's shipbuilding power has significantly improved in five years.The empirical research has been carried out on the gap between China's shipbuilding power in 2018.The empirical research results show that China's shipbuilding completion,total industrial output value,docks of more than 300000 tons and shipbuilding enterprises are mainly20 Strong four aspects have significant advantages,in shipbuilding efficiency,shipbuilding technology level,shipbuilding talent level,industrial concentration,local matching rate and other aspects compared with the shipbuilding power benchmark,there is still a big gap.Finally,based on the SWOT strategic analysis model,drawing on the development experience of the shipbuilding powers such as South Korea and Japan,we get the better and faster development strategy and suggestions of China's shipbuilding powers with Chinese characteristics. |
