Based On Cloud Model-The Matter Element Extension Of EPC Project Bidding Risk Research

In the competitive construction market,the EPC mode is favored by the owners and the general contractor.The risk assessment in the bidding stage of EPC project is a very important link for the general contractor to control the risk of EPC project.How to conduct scientific and reasonable risk assessment in the bidding stage of EPC project is an urgent problem for the general contractor to solve.At present,many scholars did a lot of research of EPC project risk,but relatively few research on the risk of EPC project bidding stage,based on the above problems,this study focuses on the subject of EPC project bidding risk,using the method of literature review,expert investigation method,cloud model,YunShang power,the matter-element extension method and cross influence matrix multiplication,Matlab programming software is used to study the risk of EPC project bidding stage.The main research results are as follows:(1)The principles and ideas for the construction of the index system were given,the index system for the bidding risk assessment of EPC project was established,31 risk factors were summarized and a list of risk factors was established.The factors in the risk list were selected,25 risk factors were obtained and an index system for the bidding risk assessment of EPC project was constructed.(2)The entropy weight weighting method of cloud is proposed,and two risk assessment models of cloud model and matter-element extension are constructed.Applies questionnaire to obtain data model,the calculation analysis of the new campus of a middle school in Xi ’an EPC project bidding risk level,two models of bidding risk are the level of "high risk".(3)Analyze the risk factors,8 risk factors have weak driving force and strong dependence,and analyze the weight and correlation degree of risk factors,it is concluded that the strength of competitors accounts for the largest proportion,and 9 risk factors have high risk grade.Combined with the analysis of the two aspects,It is concluded that the technical level of construction personnel C11 and contract management level C13 are not only high risk factors,but also highly dependent risk factors that are susceptible to other factors.The general contractor should pay more attention to these two factors in order to avoid causing significant risks.(4)Based on Win 10 development environment and Matlab development tools,with various controls and calling functions in the graphical user interface as the main technology,set up a set of EPC project bidding risk assessment system,and through the case confirmed that the system has scientific rationality,improve the work efficiency of the general contractor.
