As a key stage of ship construction,the group construction of ship directly affects the construction efficiency of the sections and then affects the shipbuilding efficiency.At present,the establishment of the middle-group construction scheduling plan in domestic shipyards is based on the experience of the dispatching personnel and the idle status of the current machines.The randomness is large and there are uncertain factors in the production process,which seriously restricts the efficiency of ship construction and can no longer meet the needs of digitalized and intelligent ship construction.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the workshop scheduling problem of ship construction.In this paper,the workshop operation scheduling system of ship construction is developed by taking the workshop operation process of ship construction as the research object and considering the uncertain factors in the process of ship construction.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the characteristics of the operation flow and scheduling process of the assembly construction workshop under the modern shipbuilding mode,the multiconstraint oriented construction workshop operation scheduling modeling technology is studied.Combined with the standardized description of the scheduling problem of the assembly construction workshop,the constraints of the process,machine group,and delivery time,taking all the construction time and the shortest as the goal,a mathematical model of the operation scheduling of the assembly construction workshop is established.(2)Based on the above model,combined with the shortest job priority,the longest job priority and conflict resolution strategies,design an improved shortest priority job scheduling algorithm based on the above model,and build a construction workshop for a certain shipyard to produce certain the cyclical middle-level group sets the first in the schedule plan to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm.(3)To solve the problem that the production plan cannot meet the actual production demand caused by the uncertain factors in the construction environment of the assembly construction workshop,analyze the sources of the uncertain factors and classify them,so as not to consider the processing time,temporary leave of key operation workers,etc.Based on the initial scheduling plan for determining factors,designing suitable dynamic scheduling strategies for different types of uncertain factors to adaptively improve the initial scheduling results,and using the previously established scheduling plan for the construction workshop as the initial plan to perform dynamic scheduling simulation verification.(4)Based on the three key technologies of the operation scheduling mathematical model,scheduling algorithm and dynamic scheduling strategy of the middle assembly construction workshop established above,aiming at the problem of enterprises lacking an intelligent scheduling system in the middle assembly construction,the intelligent scheduling suitable for the middle assembly construction workshop is completed.The overall structure design of the system,based on the database and functional modules of the operation scheduling system of the construction workshop in this design,develop the operation scheduling system of the construction workshop in the ship,through construction information management,operation plan preparation,plan viewing adjustment and operation plan management.The design and implementation of other functional modules,combined with example analysis,verified the effectiveness and practicability of the system to solve the scheduling problem of assembly workshops in ships.
