| With the improvement of China’s economic strength and the completion of the national modernization construction,the urban expressway system has been continuously improved,and the rapid road network construction process has been accelerating.However,in the process of the rapid road network construction,the problems of frequent congestion and low transportation efficiency in the peak period of the road network have gradually emerged,which has become an inevitable disadvantage of the urban traffic modernization construction in China,How to alleviate the congestion of expressway network becomes the key to solve the problem.In this paper,through the comparative analysis of the ideal capacity and the actual capacity of the fast road network,the influencing factors of the fast road network congestion are found out from the macro perspective,and the management and control strategies are formulated according to the causes of the fast road network congestion,so as to alleviate the fast road network congestion.Based on the data of Changchun expressway network,this paper analyzes the road characteristics,traffic flow characteristics,travel time and space distribution,residents’ travel OD distribution and other data of expressway network,and clarifies the current situation of urban expressway network.Based on the existing research at home and abroad,it puts forward the ideal capacity,actual capacity and saturation of urban expressway network Based on the existing data,this paper introduces the factors such as short distance travel,delay of weaving segment,distribution of diverging and merging ramps,analyzes their influence on the ideal capacity and the actual capacity of the expressway network,and then deduces the calculation models of the ideal capacity and the actual capacity of the urban expressway network by using the double-layer programming model,and completes them by using the iterative optimization(IOA)algorithm Solve the model;carry out model simulation and verification through case analysis,formulate comprehensive optimization strategies such as short-distance travel traffic volume management strategy,optimization strategy for location of separation and merging ramps,optimization strategy for traffic capacity of main line sections,improve the ideal capacity of the expressway network,improve the actual service capacity of the expressway network,and establish corresponding evaluation indicators for the operation status of the road network,so as to find out the road network The shortcomings in the operation process,and then targeted to develop a comprehensive optimization strategy.The rapid road network plays an indispensable role in the construction of urban traffic facilities in China.However,due to the unreasonable road network structure and the untimely update of control measures,the ideal capacity and actual service capacity of the rapid road network are far from the extreme,and the urban traffic congestion is serious.It is one of the most important ways to solve the problem of Expressway congestion to formulate the optimization strategy based on the ideal capacity demand of expressway.Based on the measured data of Changchun expressway network,this paper calculates and evaluates the operation state parameters of Changchun expressway network such as the ideal capacity,finds out the main problems restricting the operation efficiency of Changchun expressway network,and formulates the management optimization of shortdistance outbound traffic volume,the layout optimization of merging ramp,the traffic guidance of the road network and the variable speed limit control A series of optimization strategies can significantly optimize the operation state of the expressway network. |
