| With continuous urbanization bringing the increase in heat demand,more and more cities now face the issue of the planning their heating systems.However,current researches in this field are still insufficient,and the configuration planning of heat source also lacks a quantitative solution.Therefore,this paper takes the multi-heat source urban heating system as the main object and proposes a comprehensive planning methodology of urban heating system.It integrates heat load prediction,district energy assessment,comprehensive evaluation with the linear programming of heat source.Based on the actual condition of Barkam,Sichuan Province,a case study of the whole methodology is carried out for planning the local urban heating system.Firstly,this paper establishes an assessing method of regional energy source for heating and integrates it with an up-down prediction method for heat load to analyze the supply-demand relationship of urban heating system.Then,from the perspective of urban heating complex,this paper lists the calculation methods of some common evaluation indicators and brings up a comprehensive model based on the economic and environmental coupling of various heating systems by dividing them into centralized heat sources,centralized heat networks and distributed heating systems.Besides,considering its impact on local society,economy,environment,and resource,this paper selects 11 second-level indices and 4 first-level indices to form the SEER evaluation index system for urban heating system.The calculation methods of each index,the dimensionless value of them,the weighted value,and the cumulative value of the first-level index are listed.Each type of evaluation result leads to a specific conclusion,which is also illustrated in this paper.Based on the basic model of Linear Programing,a preliminary mathematic model of heat source planning is proposed.Its initial objective function is to figure out the minimum Annual Cost of the whole system and its constraints can consist of both compulsory and elective ones.According to the social,economic,and environmental information on the practice in Barkam and engineering data from relevant projects of selected systems,this paper conducts a SEER evaluation to all selected systems and figures out several planning scenarios of the urban heating system.Through the evaluation and configuration above,a comprehensive proposal is finally given to provide constructive suggestions for planning the urban heating system of Barkam. |
