With the development of economy and urbanization,environmental problems loom largely in China.In recent years fog and haze have been occurring frequently and nationwide in China,especially the most serious in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Because heating emission is a big source of fog and haze,reducing emissions of heating can reduce fog and haze.City heating transformation has been in work,but the reorganization of rural heating has not been performed.The paper researches the present situation of the heating and optimization of the heating means to reduce emissions and fog and haze as a research object in Hebei province.Through the investigation of heating in 10 cities rural areas of Hebei province,this paper selects 309 surveyed samples to summarize and analysis the heating situation.Through conclusion,it can be shown the heating information of the countryside in Hebei province such as the distribution of heating area and heating time,common means of heating,heat source and end equipment and so on.From analyzing the calculation of the heating energy consumption and emissions,we can know the average of heating energy consumption is 1584.40 kgce,the average of heating energy consumption per unit area is 30.52 kgce and the average of heating energy consumption per capita is 510.54 kgce.The average of CO2,SO2 and soot emissions per unit area which caused by the heating combustion is 80.57 kg/m2,0.31 kg/m2 and 1.84 kg/m2,respectively.Although the energy consumption and emissions are large,the effect of heating is not very well.The indoor temperature is on the low level.The paper developed a solar heating optimization system.Simulation and experiment on the system,analysis the feasibility of the system are also studied in the experimental lab.Using solar energy heating in a 48 m2 laboratory as the heating experiment,the paper analysis the economic and environmental benefits of the system according to the test data and the cost of experiment.Analyzing the indoor temperature test data in seven days of March 21 th to 27 th,we discovered that without auxiliary heat source,the system can make the indoor temperature above 18?,well meeting the heating requirements.On the economic side,the payback period of the experiment is 9.1 years,the internal rate of return is 7.33%,the average energy cost is 0.054 Chinese Yuan/MJ;on the environment side,the cumulant of CO2,SO2 and soot emission reductions are 63.356 t,0.513 t and 0.243 t,respectively in life period of the system.Using Transys software to build a model for solar heating system of the experiment,the paper adjusts the components and parameters to make the experimental and simulation data as consistent as possible.Taking the experimental and simulation data of 19 th of March as an example,this paper compares and analyzes deviation and find the reason.Using the Transys model to simulation analysis the situation in January of 2014 to 2015 heating period,the paper found that in the case of no auxiliary heat source,the average indoor temperature can achieve 17.3? in January and the temperature above 18? reached 49% in the 4464 simulation data.When adding a 650 W auxiliary heat source,the daily average indoor temperature can make above 18?.From the above analysis,it can be concluded that the developed solar system can meet the requirement in Hebei rural areas.It is feasibility for Hebei rural heating with economic and environmental benefits.
