Study On Ecotourism Planning Startegy Of Shanhe Forest Park In Heilongjiang Province

Since the 13 th five-year plan,natural forests have been closed down,state-owned forest farms have been reformed,and forest tourism has gradually become the pillar industry of forestry development.Harbin shanhe experimental forest farm actively responded to the national call and established heilongjiang shanhe forest park in 2013.Forest park eco-tourism is the derivative of forest park tourism and the inevitable result of the development of The Times.Ecological tourism planning of forest parks is to rationally formulate planning strategies and plans of forest parks through scientific methods such as ecological tourism functional zoning and tourism capacity calculation,so that forest parks can achieve effective and sustainable development under the premise of protecting ecological environment.The purpose of this study is to make the heilongjiang shanhe forest park management pattern from resource utilization way to resources protection manner change,for the heilongjiang shanhe forest park province ecological tourism development to find new ways to test to find a suitable for northeast forest park of ecotourism planning route,for the government to provide a more scientific,more for macro planning strategy,indicate the development direction for developers,operators,make the sustainable development of forest park in northeast China.Based on the study of the related concepts and theories of the eco-tourism planning of forest parks,and combined with the eco-tourism planning cases of forest parks at home and abroad,this paper probes into the basic theory and planning direction of the eco-tourism planning of heilongjiang shanhe forest park.Through investigation and analysis of the present situation of heilongjiang shanhe forest park,after further find forest park,the problems and difficulties in the construction of ecological tourism,which made the heilongjiang shanhe forest parkprovince ecological tourism planning of basic strategy: first of all,the overall goal of park ecological tourism planning,the second to refine the park landscape and ecological function zoning,and provide a basis for scientific management in the park through the calculation of environmental capacity,finally established for park and mechanism,resources and environmental protection measures for the park management and planning the implementation of the opinions and Suggestions are put forward.
