With the steady progress of building an innovative nation and ecological civilization,the society pays more and more attention to corporate environmental social responsibility and corporate innovation performance.In the past,scholars mostly focused on corporate social responsibility from the perspectives of corporate financial performance and consumer choice.Few studies focused on the impact of employee's perception on innovation behavior.Environmental social responsibility is an integral part of corporate social responsibility.As a pillar industry of national economy,construction enterprises play an important role in social environmental governance.The research on the impact of environmental corporate social responsibility on employees' perception will be more realistic.Therefore,this paper will focus on the construction industry,with the support of social identity theory,organizational identity theory,stakeholder theory and Human-Organization matching theory,and with the four dimensions of psychological capital as moderator variables,focusing on the mechanism of the impact of perception of environmental corporate social responsibility on the two dimensions of scientific research personnel's innovative behavior.Taking HJ Group as an example,this paper systematically analyses the personality and working characteristics of scientific researchers in construction enterprises.By combing the connotation and extension of the concepts of innovation,employee innovation behavior and environmental corporate social responsibility,it clarifies that there is a positive correlation between the perception of environmental corporate social responsibility and employee innovation behavior and innovation performance.The four dimensions of capital will have a positive impact on innovation behavior and innovation performance.On the basis of studying the measurement methods of perception of environmental corporate social responsibility,innovation behavior and psychological capital of scholars at home and abroad,a questionnaire was compiled.In this paper,when discussing the variable relationship of innovation behavior,we mainly borrow the model of interaction of creativity and individual innovation behavior.Because there is a significant psychological contract relationship between employees and organizations,according to the theory ofPerson-Organization matching,the perception of environmental corporate social responsibility by scientific researchers will positively promote individual innovation activities.Psychological capital as a positive psychological state,according to the individual innovation behavior model,will positively promote employees' innovation behavior.Therefore,according to its moderating effect model,psychological capital will have a positive moderating effect on scientific researchers' perception of environmental corporate social responsibility and innovation behavior.This paper uses questionnaire survey and mathematical regression analysis to verify the theoretical hypothesis.The empirical results ultimately prove the establishment of the theoretical hypothesis,and puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Improving corporate environmental corporate social responsibility.(2)Improving the depth of scientific researchers' participation in the fulfillment of corporate environmental corporate social responsibility.(3)Attaching importance to strengthening the psychological capital of scientific researchers.(4)Establish incentive measures for the individual characteristics of scientific researchers.
