The vigorous development of platform economy makes platform enterprises emerge at the historic moment,which not only leads the trend of The Times,but also plays a decisive role in the development of today’s economic society.At the same time,platform ecosystem based on platform enterprises means that the boundaries between enterprises are broken,and the traditional "solitary struggle" of individual enterprises is transformed into "mutualism".When platform-type enterprises promote economic and social development,their problems of fulfilling social responsibility also become increasingly prominent,which is negatively related to their value creation ability of social responsibility.Therefore,by actively standardizing platform-type corporate social responsibility activities,it can have a positive impact on the value creation subject of its social responsibility,so as to promote platform-type enterprises to realize value creation.The research content of this paper mainly takes the benchmark in the platform enterprise--Haier as the case,the full text uses the literature analysis and case analysis.First of all,based on the characteristics of platform ecosystem co-evolution and symbiosis,the content boundary of platform enterprises’ social responsibility is further clarified to provide a theoretical basis for the value creation management mechanism of social responsibility in the future.Moreover,based on the stakeholder theory,business ecosystem theory,enterprise value creation theory and other basic theories,Haier’s social responsibility relationship chart is constructed from the perspective of ecological governance.The value creation path of Haier’s social responsibility is mainly studied.Each path includes three research aspects: the subject of value creation,the management mechanism of value creation,and the operation of value creation.The second part is to study the results and evaluation of Haier’s social responsibility value creation at different levels,and put forward the safeguard measures of Haier’s social responsibility value creation.Finally,based on the expansion of Haier’s operating status,this paper also analyzes and summarizes the motivation and governance mode of Haier’s social responsibility governance from the perspective of ecological governance.The research conclusions and findings of this paper firstly analyze and summarize four paths for Haier to realize value creation through social responsibility,which are corporate culture,corporate reputation,social relations and "dual cost".The subjects of value creation in each path mainly include internal personnel,consumers,government and partners,etc.Management mechanisms of value creation mainly include social responsibility management mechanism,social responsibility vision coordination mechanism,social responsibility reputation evaluation mechanism,social responsibility operating rules and procedures mechanism.These management mechanisms can also be reflected in Haier’s operational activities to realize value creation,and positively affect the subject of value creation,so as to promote Haier’s value creation.Secondly,it quantifies and evaluates the value creation ability of Haier’s social responsibility from three aspects: economic value,social value and environmental value.All evaluation indexes are good or above,which reflects the high degree of Haier’s social responsibility fulfillment and the reasonable realization of the value demands of stakeholders.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures from the enterprise and the government respectively to promote the formation of a good cycle of social responsibility operation.The research contribution of this paper is to analyze and summarize the value creation relationship structure of platform-type corporate social responsibility from the perspective of ecological governance,with emphasis on the value creation path of social responsibility.This will help to increase the attention of all social parties to fulfill social responsibilities,enhance the active initiative of fulfilling social responsibilities,and emphasize the importance of building a community of social responsibility and a community of value creation within the platform ecosystem through corresponding management mechanisms.This paper supplements and expands the depth and breadth of the research on value creation of platform corporate social responsibility,and provides reference for future research.
