With the further advancement of new urbanization,the small towns have experienced rapid economic growth,the scale of land use has continued to expand,and the frequency of motor vehicle travel has risen sharply,making the contradiction and problems between motorized traffic and slow traffic,urban development and ecological environment increasingly prominent.Due to the double constraints of climatic conditions and ecological environment,the cold water network area is still in the exploration stage.By constructing a characteristic cold water network slow-moving system,integrating the water network environment into slow-moving traffic,combined with the rich landscape experience of the cold towns,it is conducive to enhancing the attractiveness of the public space in the cold towns,thus encouraging people to travel slowly.It is of great significance to promote the vitality of small towns in the cold water network,highlight local characteristics and sustain green development.First of all,this paper combs the research content of landscape experience from the aspects of concept,type and mode.Then,the slow-moving system is studied from the characteristics of slow traffic,the components of slow-moving system,and the theory and method of slow-moving system planning.The components of the slow-moving system are divided into five elements: network,corridor,group,facility and landscape.After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various slow-moving system research methods,the suitability analysis method is selected to carry out the follow-up research.Under the perspective of landscape experience,the construction of the slow-moving system in the cold water network is characterized by the richness of the scene experience and the diversity of the seasonal activities.Travel environment comfort;select three typical cold water network towns,analyze their slow system planning,and provide reference for the follow-up planning of Fanjiatun Town slow system.Secondly,this paper takes Fanjiayu Town of Jilin Province as an example to deeply analyze the construction of its slow-moving system.This section mainly contains two aspects.First,from the general situation of climatic conditions,topography,water network environment,the characteristics of slow-moving residents,and the status quo of slow-moving infrastructure construction,the content of the overall slow-moving system in Fanjiatun Town was investigated and analyzed.The second is to study the rational layout of the slow-moving network in Fanjiatun Town from the perspective of landscape experience suitability and accessibility.According to the relevant literature research and the consideration of the current situation of Fanjiatun Town,the evaluation factors are selected to establish a slow network suitability evaluation system.The classification under each evaluation factor is assigned in Arcgis to the extent that it is appropriate to construct a slow network.The Delphi method is used to compare the importance of the evaluation factors,and the weights of each factor are obtained.Then,the factors are wei ghted and superimposed in Arcgis software,and the results of the suitability analysis of the slow network in Fanjiatun Town are obtained.Then,from the perspective of residents' accessibility,Arcgis is used to analyze the accessibility of the township.Finally,the stacking suitability analysis and accessibility analysis are combined to obtain a comprehensive slow line network line selection score.In the end,combined with the requirements of the general rules of Fanjiatun Town and the comprehensive transportation system planning,the final slow network was analyzed.According to the previous research,we propose to build a slow-moving network of water city integration,create a distinctive slow-moving corridor,build a dynamic and balanced slow-moving group,provide people-oriented slow-moving facilities,and create a slow-moving system such as an experience-oriented slow-moving landscape.Planning Strategy.In order to promote the construction of the slow-moving system in small towns in the cold water network.
