In recent years, passive ultra-low energy buildings in Germany have been widely applied in China. There is only one passive low-energy residential building in China's severe cold areas. This article conduct a heating test and test data for the three years with different occupancy rates has been analyzed.First of all,the ten-dimensional data such as the radiant heating supply and return water temperature obtained by the test was analyzed.K-means clustering algorithm was used to identify abnormal data, and linear interpolation and neural network methods were used to fill in the missing data and the cleaned data. The heating energy consumption of this passive residential building for three years was calculated by using the data after cleaning and restoration.Secondly,an analysis of the three-year heating energy consumption reveals that the three-year heating energy consumption increases firstly and then decreases. In the heating initial and the final period, the three-year heating energy consumption was not much different;for the mid-term heating, the energy consumption of the 2015-2016 heating season and the 2017-2018 heating season are greater than the 2016-2017 heating season, which is related to the outdoor temperature.Linear regression was performed on the measured heating energy consumption data and outdoor temperature to obtain the heating energy consumption prediction model. After revising and comparing three years heating energy consumption,it was found that the occupancy rate has little effect on heating energy consumption.Thirdly, the measured heating energy consumption is revised according to the Chinese standard and the German standard, respectively. The revised heating energy consumption is 51.04 k Wh/(m2?a)and 31.5 k Wh/(m2?a)respectively,which is higher than that specified 18 k Wh/(m2?a)and 15 k Wh/(m2?a)in the relevant regulations. Finally, through the investigation of the window opening situation of the two households in the 2019-2020 heating season,it was found that the residents' window opening behavior will cause a lot of energy loss. The main time for residents to open window comes from single long-time window opening. It is recommended to use monitoring data based on window opening behavior to remind residents to close the window in time to reduce the energy consumption of window opening in winter.
