A Study On The Evaluation Of Green Community

In recent years,China’s urbanization process continues to accelerate,and human living standards continue to improve.While urbanization has brought great material satisfaction to mankind,there have also been some climate,energy,pollution,and human settlement problems.In this context,human beings are not only satisfied with food and clothing,but a higher-quality community life has become a common pursuit of human beings.The demand of "having a house" has been transformed into the demand of "excellent housing",and the green community emerges as the times require.Green community play an irreplaceable role in saving resources,improving the living environment,and promoting the sustainable development of human society.At present,the degree of development of green community in various regions is different,and there is no unified measurement standard.Therefore,how to measure the level of development of green community has become the primary issue of promoting the development of green community.This paper takes the green community as the research object,selects the evaluation index,establishes the green community evaluation index system,and comprehensively evaluates the development status of the green community.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Sorting out the related concepts and theoretical foundations of green community.Defining related concepts such as "green community","green building","green community evaluation index system",and then clarifying the difference between green community and green building,and expounding the basic content of sustainable development theory and human settlement environment theory.(2)Construction of green community evaluation index system.First,build a conceptual framework of green community evaluation based on the content of sustainable development theory and human settlement theory.Under the guidance of the principle of selection of evaluation indicators,through the primary selection and optimization of indicators,the green community evaluation index system including four first level indicators,nine second level indicators and thirty-five third level indicators of environmental resources,technological innovation,cultural life and economic development is finally established,and the specific meaning of indicators at all levels is elaborated.(3)Construction of green community evaluation model.First,introduces the selection of green community evaluation methods,and briefly introduces the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process and yaahp software are used to determine the weight of the green community evaluation index,and analyze the proportion of the index weight at all levels.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the green community evaluation model,and the specific steps of model construction are explained.(4)Case analysis.Using the constructed green community evaluation model,three representative green communities in Jinan are selected for evaluation.Taking F community as an example,the evaluation method and calculation process are explained in detail.Through the comparison of the evaluation results,the problems faced by the development of the three green communities are analyzed,and the optimization countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the weak parts of the three green communities.Through the evaluation of the green community,it is concluded that in the current environment affected by the national environmental protection policy,the hardware conditions of the community’s environmental resources are already available,but the supporting facilities,cultural life,and intelligent design need to be further improved.The evaluation index system of green community established in this paper has reference significance for the promulgation of national green community evaluation standards in the future,provides development direction for the construction of green community in China,and meets the residents’ pursuit of better living conditions.To a certain extent,the evaluation level of green community reflects the green level of green community.While promoting the green performance of green community,it can also improve the environmental awareness of community residents,and promote the construction of green city through the construction of green community.
