Now the crisis of resources and energy has become a global topic.The perspective of sustainable development is to acquire a new perspective of development recognized in each country and each field.Because the building industry is a great area of energy consumption,it occupies an unprecedented position in the problem of sustainable development.In recent years,prefabricated building has the advantages of high production efficiency,energy conservation and environmental protection.The government publicizes prefabricated building,and the research on prefabricated building is very popular.How to do the sustainable development assessment of the assembly architecture has become a problem to be solved at the present stage.In this paper,the construction stage of prefabricated house was made to be the system boundary of the research,and the standard of the four node environmental protection of green construction and related literature were examined,and the evaluation factor on the sustainable development was arranged.The construction of the evaluation index from the angle of management,water saving,energy saving,energy saving,and so on,and the evaluation of the sustainability of the assembly building are mainly outlined in terms of society,economy and environment.Based on the concept of the literature index,we have constructed an assembly system for sustainable building construction based on six classification criteria and four structural divisions.The system includes six first-order indicators,15 secondary indices and 31 tertiary indices.The cloud model was introduced into the material element analysis,and the sustainability evaluation model of the building construction construction based on the cloud element model was constructed.In this paper,we apply this model to a project in Yangzhou.MATLAB software was used to calculate the correlation between each evaluation index and each sustainable level.The results of the calculation of the target level sustainability level were the persistence of the project "general persistence".The precedent analysis accomplish the quantification of the sustainable assessment of the prefabricated building,encourages regulators to provide further proposals and controls for the sustainable construction of the prior art,enhancing the awareness and reputation of the prefab architecture,and providing appropriate reference and support for the promotion and improvement of the prefabricated architecture.
