Reserch On Shared Optimization Design For Vacant Space Of Community-Based Elder Care Facilities

As the aging and aging process of China’s social population continues to intensify,the number and proportion of middle-aged and elderly people in China’s cities are increasing year by year.The problem of old-age care in the old urban areas represented by the core areas of Beijing is even more urgent,and old-age care has gradually become a family burden and even a social burden.Community elderly care service facility is one of the methods to solve the problem of elderly care.Relying on the community,it has become a carrier to accommodate elderly activities,medical care and life services.It is an indispensable part of the community and plays an irreplaceable role in realizing the value of the elderly and improving their happiness index.However,in the old old urban community pension service facilities represented by the core area of Beijing,there are Spaces with low utilization rate and stagnant use,and the idle space is divided into single idle space and compound idle space,the latter is more serious than the former.There are many reasons for this phenomenon:firstly,with the development of the society,the elder’s living state,living habits,pension concept,consumption concept and other aspects have changed,while the space function and space decoration of community pension service facilities have not changed in response to such changes.On the secondary side,the elderly service facilities are affected by the "nimby effect" and are difficult to be accepted by the community residents,making the facilities become a place for people to stay away from.In terms of the research on this issue,China is still in a relatively weak link.Some studies put forward the direction of solving the problem of "Shared space",but there is no in-depth research,and there is a lack of relevant theoretical research and rational analysis.Based on this,this paper analyzes the social development background of old-age care development policy,"everyone sharing the city","good community plan" and so on,and takes the core area of Beijing as an example to study the optimal design of idle space sharing of community elderly service facilities,so as to provide design reference for improving the use efficiency of idle space.In this paper,a study on the optimization of idle space sharing of community elderly care service facilities is conducted--taking the community in core district of Beijing as an example.Investigation and interview method,evidence-based design method,data induction method and other methods are adopted for in-depth discussion and research.First of all,based on a large number of literature reading,this paper analyzes and summarizes the research on the optimization of community pension facilities inforeign countries,and draws on the optimization design theory and experience.Based on the development background of China’s Shared cities,this paper analyzes the unused space of community elderly service facilities in core areas of Beijing from the perspectives of layout,function and usage time,and summarizes the reasons for the unused space from the perspective of architecture.Secondly,aiming at the sharing optimization of idle space of community elderly service facilities in different types of core areas of Beijing,three kinds of Shared space modules are proposed: single-function space module,multi-function space module and mixed function space module,and these three kinds of space modules are used to replace idle space as the realization way of sharing optimization.Analysis of core area of Beijing community all age groups’ willingness to space requirements,behavior patterns,pension service facilities construction standards,design specifications,assistive devices related aspects,such as the size of human body engineering,the elderly as a module defines three types of space use crowd,use function,use time,usable floor area,indoor equipment,mainly according to the interior decoration.In addition,the definition of the space module follows the principle of giving priority to the elderly and supporting other age groups.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the research on the optimization design strategy of community elderly service facility sharing is carried out.Based on the principle of sharing optimization,this paper discusses the optimization design of public idle space sharing.The optimization mode of single function space module,multi-function space module and mixed function space module are put forward to optimize single idle space.The optimization method of compound idle space is put forward,and the preliminary work,optimization principle and optimization content of compound idle space are detailed.In this way,it can provide some impetus and reference for the development of idle space optimization design of community elderly service facilities.
