With the rising of Internet and e-commerce,the new business model makes a difference on the transformation direction of traditional automobile logistics development.To deal with the more and more fierce market competition environment,automobile related enterprises have gradually formed a flexible and Agile Dynamic Alliance.There are not a few cases that causing the failure of dynamic alliance because of the backward partner selection method system,the unfair distribution of interests,and the lack of overall synergy.However,automobile logistics is not only the basic logistics activities of automobile related enterprises,but also the key to support the success of the end link of sales service.Automobile logistics directly determines the satisfaction of the final customers and holds the source of value flow creation in automobile related industries.Therefore,from the perspective of value network,this thesis aiming at establishing a powerful alliance of automobile logistics,and studies the selection of alliance partners and the distribution of interests,which can not only solve the above problems,but also provide ideas for the further integration and development of automobile trade and logistics service industry.Under the background of "Internet plus logistics",this thesis studies the development trend of logistics from chain to net.Taking the independent brand automobile companies as the research object,combining the theory of value network and synergy theory,this thesis discusses the current situation and shortcomings of automobile logistics development.The main research contents are as follows: First of all,from the perspective of value network theory,combined with the public information platform of automobile logistics,a three-stage model from the qualitative primary selection of cooperative alliance partners to the quantitative index selection based on entropy weight method and cosine decision-making method and the multi-objective function solution of alliance task assignment is established,and the starting point is the final consumer at the same time the coordination role which played by Automobile manufacturers for its outstanding ability as the core companyof automobile logistics collaborative alliance.Secondly,through the literature collection method,the thesis analyzes the relevant factors that influence the benefit distribution of collaborative alliance,determines the factors that affect the benefit distribution of cooperative alliance partners under the cooperative game state,calculates the single factor benefit distribution quota firstly,and then establishes the comprehensive benefit distribution model combined with TOPSIS decision-making method to obtain the final benefit distribution scheme of collaborative alliance.Finally,the feasibility of the model is verified by an example,meanwhile the summary and Prospect of the paper are given.
