| As a representative of new energy sources,wind power and photovoltaics have rapidly increased their installed capacity and installed speed,and their proportion in the power supply of the power grid has been increasing.However,the randomness,volatility and intermittent nature of renewable energy increase the difficulty of power system operation and control.The installed capacity of local renewable energy does not match the demand for electricity,and the local consumption space is seriously insufficient.Coupled with factors such as power supply construction and grid construction are not synchronized,the transmission channel restrictions,the market mechanism is imperfect,and the demand side response is not thorough,the phenomenon of “abandoning wind” and “abandoning light” is intensifying,and the problem of new energy consumption needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,it is of theoretical significance and engineering application value to carry out the assessment of new energy consumption capacity of regional power grids.Starting from the actual power grid in Chuzhou,the local energy consumption problems of new energy sources were analyzed.Firstly,the six regional power grids and new energy sources of the Chuzhou Power Grid,the future power grid and power supply planning were analyzed,and the data foundation and characteristic basis were prepared for the new energy consumption capacity assessment.Then,the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the theoretical value of new energy consumption in Chuzhou Power Grid was carried out,and the theoretical comprehensive limit was obtained.Then,work is carried out from the two aspects of the power balance constraint and the province’s peak balance adjustment,and the new energy consumption capacity is evaluated.Specific research work includes:(1)The six regional power grids and new energy status,future power grid and power supply planning of Chuzhou Power Grid are analyzed.A detailed analysis of the output characteristics of new energy sources such as wind farms and photovoltaic power stations in Chuzhou Power Grid was conducted to determine the critical time period for new energy consumption.At the same time,the load characteristics of the previous year’s Chuzhou Power Grid were analyzed in detail,and the load forecasting was carried out for historical data.The load and power factor values were suggested for the critical period of new energy consumption.(2)Carry out comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the theoretical value of new energy consumption in Chuzhou Power Grid.The first step is based on the principle of substation capacity balance to analyze the capacity acceptance capability of the transformer.The second step is to verify the line delivery capability by scheduling the line limit level.The third step is to synthesize the two results.The principle determines the theoretical value of the maximum acceptable energy for the upper section of each 220 kV substation in each region.On the basis of calculating the admissibility of the upper section of the 220 kV substation,the grid access conditions are evaluated,and the grid spacing resource conditions are taken as important indicators,and the up-sending sections of the substations are integrated to accommodate the maximum new energy capacity and interval resources.The theoretical value of new energy power can be accepted,and the theoretical calculation value of the maximum new energy source for each 220 kV substation is given according to the principle of taking the two small.(3)Carry out analysis and assessment of the capacity of the capacity to consider the balance of power distribution within the region.Taking into account the impact of regional 500 kV main transformer limit and 220 kV line limit on the actual acceptance of new energy capacity in the region,based on the calculation of the power flow in Chenzhou area,the most serious way of new energy consumption is given.The Ganzhou Power Grid can actually accept the installed capacity of new energy to guide the new energy to carry out scientific and rational planning and construction,so that the scale is moderate and the layout is reasonable,and the coordinated development of the power supply of the power grid is guaranteed.(4)Carry out the analysis and assessment of new energy consumption capacity verification considering the peaking balance of the province.The peaking capacity of the whole province is an important factor limiting the ability of new energy consumption in the region.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the factors such as load forecasting,planned installation and the principle of peak balance adjustment within the province,and make a peak balance capacity balance table of Anhui Power Grid to analyze Chuzhou.Based on the relationship between the new energy capacity of the region and the peaking capacity of the province,the new energy consumption recommendations under the peaking restrictions of the province are given. |
