Fairway buoy is an auxiliary facility,which used in vessel localization,ship navigator,marking obstacles and indicating warnings.It is the most fundamental facility in water traffic,and plays a very vital role in water transportation,marine resource developing and upholding state sovereignty.Based on the existing digital fairway system,this thesis intends to research a flow velocity monitoring terminal installed on the Yangtze River navigation buoy,which can collect the flow velocity information of the water flow nearby.The data is transmitted to the fairway dynamic monitoring platform through the optimized navigation buoy telemetry remote control terminal and is used for fairway maintenance.This thesis firstly introduces the current status of the research of the navigation buoy at home and abroad,investigates the flow velocity sensor on the market,and selects the Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler(ADCP)which is suitable for installation on the navigation buoy as the flow velocity sensor of this research.The principle of Doppler flow measurement and the wave beam structure of ADCP are analyzed.The methods of flow and deep measurement are studied,analyzed and compared.On this basis,the OMAPL138 dual-core processor of ARM+DSP is used to design the ADCP,including the working and control modes of the modules of the system,the coordination between the modules and the navigation buoy telemetry remote control terminal.Secondly,the thesis introduces the function and structure of the existing the navigation buoy telemetry and remote control terminal,optimizes its internal module according to the data characteristics collected by the lower computer ADCP,and establishes the wireless communication between the navigation buoy telemetry remote control terminal and the fairway dynamic monitoring platform.The GIS platform and terminal communication service platform of the digital navigation system is also optimized,along with the establishments of the flow velocity monitoring terminal database,and the design of the data project.Finally,the thesis simulates the results of the flow velocity monitoring terminal data in the digital fairway system through the three interfaces of flow velocity query,track query and water depth query.From the perspective of fairway maintenance,the thesis analyzes the extensive application of the terminal data in navigation buoy maintenance,navigation reference,navigation safety,river regime evolution,etc.
