Study On Landscape Evaluation And Design Of Outdoor Space Of The Old-Age Care Institutions In Hangzhou

Under the background of global population aging,China entered the aging society in 1999.At the end of 2018,the population aged 60 and above reached 249.49 million,accounting for 17.9% of the total population,while the population aged 65 and above reached 166.58 million,accounting for 11.9% of the total population in China.At the end of 2018,Hangzhou had a population of 1.744 million people aged 60 and above,accounting for 22.53% of the total population,and 1.285 million at the age of 65,accounting for 13.1% of the total population.According to the United Nations Standard,Hangzhou is one of the first cities in China to enter the aging population,and also is one of the first cities to enter the deep aging population.In order to meet the need of social pension,the pension institutions in Hangzhou have entered a period of rapid development.It is of great significance for the physical and mental health of the elderly to develop institutional endowment and improve the outdoor environment of the endowment institutions.On the basis of clear significance of the topic,this paper first expounds the concepts of pension institutions,outdoor space and landscape design,studies the regulations and theories of outdoor space landscape design of pension institutions at home and abroad,and selects excellent cases at home and abroad for analysis,hoping to gain valuable experience to improve the quality of outdoor landscape of pension institutions.Secondly,it analyzes the physical,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,as well as their special need for outdoor space.Using AHP to construct the evaluation system of outdoor space landscape of elderly care institutions,following the principle of index factor selection and systematically summarizing the evaluation factors of relevant literature,finally established four criteria layers of road system,site space,plant landscape and landscape facilities,such as pedestrian and vehicle diversion design,barrier free design,space security,space accessibility,plant diversity,lighting facilities,etc Landscape evaluation system of 18 index levels.Design the questionnaire of experts and calculate the weight of factors,and draw the conclusion that the space of the criterion layer and the space security of the index layer play an important role in the evaluation system.On this basis,the principles and design methods of outdoor space landscape design of pension institutions are put forward.In this paper,the outdoor space of 8 elderly care institutions in different administrative regions,different natures and different scales in Hangzhou is selected for field investigation,and the Third Social Welfare Institute in Hangzhou is investigated and analyzed in depth.From the aspects of overall layout,road landscape,site space,plant landscape and landscape facilities,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the outdoor space of the elderly care institutions in Hangzhou,puts forward suggestions for the design of the outdoor space landscape,and on this basis,optimizes the design of the outdoor space landscape of the Third Social Welfare Institute in Hangzhou.It is hoped that through the research on the outdoor space landscape design of the elderly care institutions in Hangzhou,the outdoor environment can be improved,so as to improve the living quality of the elderly.
