With the social attention to the living environment,in recent years,the construction of pedestrian landscape bridge has been greatly developed,and the level of design and construction technology has been continuously improved.Many beautiful and novel pedestrian landscape bridges have appeared in various places,some of which have even become urban landmarks,providing great convenience and enjoyment for residents life.After large-scale construction,the operation and management of pedestrian landscape bridge is also facing great challenges.Due to the untimely detection and evaluation,it is not uncommon that there are potential safety hazards or even collapse accidents of pedestrian bridge.Therefore,the effective comprehensive evaluation of pedestrian landscape bridge in operation meets the needs of current social development,and has important practical significance.At present,there are many researches in the fields of bridge detection,safety assessment and comprehensive evaluation in China,but the research objects are highway bridges and urban bridges,which are not involved in pedestrian landscape bridges.The basic function of pedestrian landscape bridge is to realize the crossing of crowd load,and to create landscape elements such as ecology,culture and temperament,so as to realize the unity of function and bridge aesthetics.Compared with highway bridge or urban bridge,the structure,function and load characteristics of pedestrian landscape bridge are very different,so it is not suitable to directly put the existing evaluation method on the pedestrian landscape bridge.For this reason,this paper takes the pedestrian landscape bridge as the research object,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the pedestrian landscape bridge,gives the comprehensive evaluation index system of the pedestrian landscape bridge with reference to the relevant specifications;considering the uncertainty and fuzziness of the index,the existing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is improved;finally,taking the pedestrian landscape bridge as an example,the method described in this paper is verified.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the current situation of the comprehensive evaluation of bridges at home and abroad,and points out that the evaluation index system of all kinds of roads or urban bridges can not be directly used in the comprehensive evaluation of pedestrian landscape bridges,which provides the basis for the follow-up study of this paper.(2)Based on the structure and material type,the comprehensive analysis of the pedestrian landscape bridge is carried out.Combined with the relevant norms and design criteria,the comprehensive evaluation index system of the pedestrian landscape bridge is constructed from the aspects of structure,material,use and environment;(3)According to the content of the comprehensive evaluation index system of pedestrian landscape bridge,the corresponding detection scheme is given,including detection cycle and detection method.(4)The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is improved by introducing the uncertain judgment matrix.In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,group judgment is introduced,and the discreteness of the evaluation results of each expert is determined by combining the evaluation reliability,so as to solve the practical application of interval judgment matrix in the evaluation.(5)Taking a long-span pedestrian suspension bridge in a tourist attraction as an example,the evaluation system of the pedestrian suspension bridge is established,expert evaluation is collected,and the mathematical model combined with uncertain AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is calculated.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation result of the pedestrian suspension bridge is excellent,which effectively verifies the application of the paper results in the actual project.
