With the continuous development of highway Bridges in China,the number of Bridges is increasing.After the bridge operation,it is necessary to regularly evaluate the technical status of the bridge and determine the status level of the bridge.Therefore,how to quickly identify the damaged bridge technology has been widely concerned,the establishment of bridge detection management system has become an inevitable demand of the bridge management department.Through the calculation and analysis of the technical status of the bridge,the technical status score of the bridge can be obtained to determine the classification of the bridge.However,in the actual bridge inspection and assessment,the bridge assessment according to the bridge inspection specification fails to accurately reflect the actual situation of the bridge.In order to evaluate the bridge structure more accurately,it is necessary to improve the evaluation method of bridge technology status.Therefore,the basic methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are applied to the technical status score of bridges,respectively,to the importance of bridge structure and Research on the problem of multiple components of bridge components.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to the evaluation of multi-diseases of bridge members.This method takes the different diseases of bridge members as the research object,carries out the bridge-related assessment,and applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the scoring calculation of bridges.The research was carried out,and based on the results of periodic inspection and evaluation of a bridge,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the bridge technical status,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the problem of bridge multi-disease deduction.The calculation results show that the research method of this paper is closer to the actual situation of the bridge structure,and the correctness of the method is verified.In order to better meet the requirements of bridge detection and evaluation,the highway bridge detection system needs to be divided into functional structures.The network architecture of Javaweb and the related technology of Mysql database are adopted to develop the bridge detection management system with object-oriented programming language(Java).The system includes the structure of the bridge detection management system,the database and the functional modules,etc.,and the relevant real bridge tests are carried out.The results show that the system can better meet the requirements of bridge detection and evaluation,and the research results can provide a reference for the rapid evaluation of the bridge.
