Research On The Spatial Layout Method Of High-tech Industrial Parks From The Perspective Of Industry-city Integration

The thesis firstly sorts out and summarizes the relevant theories and development practices of the domestic and foreign high-tech industrial parks ’spatial layout and the integration of industry and city,and forms the basis for the research of the thesis.Influencing factors and layout types;finally guided by the concept of industrial-urban integration,using urban-rural planning,urban design,system theory,ecology and other theories,summarizing the spatial layout ideas under the guidance of industrial-urban integration,and proposing a high-tech industrial park spatial layout method.The thesis consists of six parts: The first chapter is an introduction to the research background,research purpose and significance,research objects and content,research methods and innovations,which is the basic research of the subject;The second chapter related concepts and theoretical foundations,including concepts and theories related to the integration of production and urban areas and the spatial layout of high-tech industrial parks,as well as relevant research developments at home and abroad;Third chapter research on the spatial layout of high-tech industrial parks,systematically investigates the spatial layout characteristics,types,and status quo issues of 18 domestic high-tech industrial parks,and conducts in-depth research from four aspects: building density,center ratio,group form,and supporting facilities the study;The fourth chapter is spatial layout ideas of high-tech industrial parks under the concept of industry-city integration.It analyzes the content and implementation path of industry-city integration,explores the inner relationship between the industry-city integration and the space layout of the park.The process of changing the layout of the space;Fifth chapter is spatial layout method of high-tech industrial parks under the concept of industry-city integration.This chapter is the core chapter of the dissertation.It is an in-depth study of the spatial layout principles and methods of high-tech industrial parks.Carry out research on layout methods,introduce the concept of integrated production and city development,construct a spatial layout method that covers the multi-level space environment of the park,and create a beautiful,pleasant,harmonious and efficient park space;The sixth chapter,conclusions and prospects,summarizes the main conclusions of the subject research,reflects on the lack of research,and looks forward to future research directions based on social development trends.The essence of industry-city integration is that the three elements of industry,city,and population realize a positive and interactive fusion around material space.The spatial layout is represented by the integration of industrial space and urban space.Based on the concept of industry-city integration and the spatial layout characteristics of domestic high-tech industrial parks,the paper constructs a high-tech industrial park space layout method from a multi-layered and humanized perspective.The research on the space organization of the park will be pushed to a more clear direction,which will provide ideas and methodological references for the future research on the spatial layout of high-tech industrial parks,a and guide the existing park to optimize the layout and space organization.
