With the promotion of the ’dual carbon’ goal,as a measure that can effectively promote the realization of the ’dual carbon’ goal,the new energy vehicle recycling market has developed rapidly in recent years.Its rapid development also brings new problems,such as the new energy vehicles increasing competition among enterprises,production and sales market power structure change gradually,this hand intensified the conflict of interest between the closed-loop supply chain members,at the same time weakens the effect of government subsidy policy,so as to make the interests of the interests of the whole supply chain and supply chain members are more difficult to achieve pareto equilibrium.Therefore,how to make government subsidy policy play a greater role in the recycling process of new energy vehicles,and how to adjust the market power structure to make the operation decision of the closed-loop supply chain of new energy vehicles better deserves further exploration.This paper constructs a two-level closed-loop supply chain composed of a single battery manufacturer and a single vehicle manufacturer under the condition of information symmetry and government subsidy for recycling,and analyzes the influence of government subsidy and power structure on decision-making variables such as sales price of new energy vehicles,recycling efforts and profits of the closedloop supply chain.Based on the equilibrium solution of centralized decision-making,the contract coordination of decentralized decision-making under different power structures is carried out.Finally,the rationality of the theoretical results is verified by numerical simulation with MATLAB.The results are as follows :(1)under decentralized decision-making,the interests of each main body in the dominant closed-loop supply chain tend to be higher than those of followers,and the increase of wholesale price and recovery price can promote the increase of sales price;(2)Compared with the situation dominated by battery manufacturers,the government has a better effect on the recovery subsidy of battery manufacturers under the situation dominated by vehicle manufacturers;(3)When battery manufacturers are in a dominant position,revenue sharing contract can realize the coordination of supply chain and effectively improve the profits of each enterprise;(4)When the vehicle manufacturer is in a dominant position,the two-part pricing contract can realize the coordination of the closed-loop supply chain and improve the interests of each enterprise.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions on promoting the recycling of new energy vehicles from the perspectives of the government and enterprises.There are 11 figures,2 tables and 124 references in this paper.
