| Transmission line loss management is an important work in regional power grid.The traditional calculation methods of transmission line theory are difficult to analyze the cause of abnormal negative line loss due to large calculation error,which brings great challenge to line loss management.Aiming at the above problems,this paper has carried out research work on line loss calculation and line loss anomaly analysis of transmission lines:(1)Taking the 500 k V Donglao I line of Shandong Power Grid as an example,build the line loss calculation model considers the conductor resistance loss,corona loss and the earth wire loss,analyzes the Donglao I line’s the quantitative relationship between line loss influence amount and line loss.(2)In order to solve the problem of insufficient online loss calculation accuracy of theoretical calculation methods,the paper proposes a line loss calculation method based on Bayesian optimization gradient boosting decision tree model considering data knowledge fusion.Taking the 500 k V Donglao I line operation data of Shandong Power Grid as an example,the line loss calculation verification is carried out.The results show that this method has advantages in calculation accuracy,modeling time,and interpretability.(3)In order to solve the problem that the previous analysis of the causes of negative line loss only considers the influence of measurement error and fails to analyze the complex causes of actual lines,a method for the negative line loss anomaly analysis is proposed based on the deconstruction of the contribution degree of the influence quantity.Verify with actual running data of Shandong Power Grid 500 k V Donglao Ⅰ line,the results show that this method can analyze abnormal line negative line loss,and obtain the corresponding anomalous causes. |
