The advancement of the integration of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has led to rapid development of intercity rail transit in the region,while the high-density development of the city has promoted the development of urban rail transit.Now inter-city rail transit and urban rail transit have created a demand for connection in the city's high-density urban area and formed a compound rail transit hub station.And with the continuous development of urban agglomerations,more compound hubs will appear in high-density urban areas in the future.Since the organization of the station space of the rail transit hub is relatively complex,in the case of land compaction in high-density cities,how to organize the station space to better coordinate the development and symbiosis of urban space is the main point of this article.Firstly,this article selects the two conditions for the research city and hub based on high-density cities and the formation of a compound hub site in the urban area,and finally chooses the West Kowloon Station and Futian Station serves as a research platform for comparative analysis.It also analyzes the evolution characteristics of the station area,and summarizes the shortcomings of the spatial organization level of the current station area.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,three relevant theories for the development of rail transit hubs under high-density land tightening conditions are selected,and the three theories are used to determine the overall principles of the spatial organization of the station area.The classification was studied to better capture the influencing factors of the spatial organization of the site.Afterwards,the influencing factors are determined in principle.By comparing the relevant elements of the two hub stations,the similarities and differences of the organization model of the station space between the two are analyzed,and how it solves the problems arising in the process of station space evolution.Finally,the development trend of the elements is summarized,and the homogenization trend and the differentiation trend of the development of the elements of the station area of the high-density urban rail transit hub are obtained in the future,and the homogenization development trend is used as the fundamental of the spatial organization of the station area.Turning trends into variables,the three high-density urban rail transit hub spatial organizationmodels are summarized,and the spatial layout characteristics of each model are deduced.Station space organization provides reference and reference.
