Study On The Design Strategy Of Industrial Heritage Plant Protection And Reuse From The Regional Perspective

In the process of construction,industrial buildings adhere to the principle of technical rationality,and the top-down plant planning method establishes one plant area in the city——The high fence,the plant area which is independent of the surrounding environment of the site,the flat site which is convenient for traffic,the absolute functional partition,the closed plant The formation of urban environmental characteristics is often monotonous.This kind of construction method that pursues unity,standard,economy and efficiency to achieve the purpose of production is reasonable in the construction of industrial buildings.This paper does not want to discuss whether the construction method of industrial buildings in this form is appropriate,but how to use industrial heritage as the public space of Creative Park,community building,museum and so on for today’s life scenes Change that.The task of urban renewal in China has gradually changed from incremental development to stock optimization.It is necessary to study how to return the abandoned industrial heritage to the site and people’s life through reuse.As one of the understandings of the regional nature of architecture,critical regionalism holds that when we are faced with the non locality of modernism,we must establish a kind of resistant architecture.Respect the objective environment,return to the bottom-up construction of the site,"limited" construction forms the coordination of the overall environment,and integrate the historical context,living diagram,natural environment of a region into the construction process and obtain the atmosphere of the site.Based on this,the regional perspective of industrial heritage plant protection and reuse,more advocated in the process of reuse to re understand the industrial building and its own site,climate,surrounding environment,urban texture and other buildings and the earth can not be separated.The main chapter of this paper is to further analyze how the industrial heritage responds to its own unique location in the process of reuse by identifying the reuse cases of industrial heritage plants at home and abroad that form the related design strategy in response to the unique location,and dividing the reuse from the regional perspective into three aspects of "site,climate,and scene",so as to form the "based on this" Construction activities of "land".Guided by the theory of critical regionalism,combined with the case analysis of industrial heritage protection and reuse from the perspective of region,the design strategy issummarized.The design strategy will be integrated into the transformation of Longgui grain processing Institute,and the theory will guide the practice,so that the reuse of industrial heritage will return to the local construction.At the end of the project,summarize and reflect on the design strategy.
