Research On Industrial Heritage Protection And Reuse In Nanjing City

The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization make updates and industrial structure adjustment has been the subject of urban construction and old city reconstruction.The traditional industrial enterprises located in the city center to be developed by treasure,a large number of valuable industrial heritage was "over",erasing the memories of the city and workers’ emotions.Removing and protection,abandoned and utilization of industrial heritage has become the focus of debate.Nanjing is the first released by one of the 24 historical and cultural cities,also is Chinese major industrial cities.To further improve the environmental quality of urban area,for enterprises to implement with environmental pollution potential safety hazard"move" environmental protection,which makes a large number of industrial heritage faces a serious crisis.Such problem also encountered in other cities,explore the optimization tactics of the Nanjing industrial heritage protection and reuse,can also provide reference for the optimization of the industrial heritage in other areas.The first three chapter of this article combed the advances,related theory and practice of industrial heritage protection and reuse at home and abroad,summarized from four aspects that the overall protection,dynamic protection,adaptive reuse,and cultural landscape reconstruction provide experience for it.The fourth chapter first has carried on the general analysis of Nanjing industrial heritage,using questionnaire combined with field survey get the basic data of Capital Power Plant of the Republic of China,Jinling Machinery Manufacturing Bureau,Jiangnan Clocks Plant.Chapter five constructed in Nanjing Industrial Heritage Conservation and Reuse performance evaluation index system,quantitative calculation AHP and fuzzy evaluation method,drawn five criteria in order of importance layers factors as:culture connotation 0.46>economic use0.21>environmental outlook0.19>Social Impact0.08>aesthetics of art0.06,and ultimately come to the scores of Jinling Machinery Manufacturing Bureau4.43>Jiangnan Clocks Plant 3.97>the Republic Capital Power2.59,the three industrial heritage score greater than 2,indicating that consideration of the cultural,balance social,ecological,economic,aesthetic,and achieved good results.But the difference is very big between each other,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and the reasons of the differences between the three.Chapter six analysis the techniques and existing problems of protection and reuse of three industrial heritage to give targeted recommendations.Put out the suggestion for future development of industrial heritage conservation and reuse in Nanjing,in order to provide guidance for protect and reuse in the new period of industrial heritage The last chapters of this paper,it summarizes the research results and outlook.
