With the rapid development of power-related industries,the comprehensive automation technology of old substations is already at a significantly backward level,so it must be transformed and upgraded to improve the reliability and advanced nature of protection equipment.Unlike new substations,the transformation of old substations must combine the status of existing equipment and mature transformation technologies to ensure that substation transformation has the characteristics of low cost,low risk,and high efficiency,and it also needs to be forward-looking to match the future of the substation.It is found through research that the blackout time has become the primary factor restricting to the progress of substation comprehensive automation transformation,to establish the world-class goal of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau,the requirements of average power outage time of customers have been increasing year by year,especially the difficulty of 10 k V feeder power outages is outstanding.According to statistics,the proportion of 10 k V feeders in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau that cannot be transferred or incompletely transferred is as high as30.83%,while the Nansha area in Panyu is even higher.The 220 kV Fushan Substation has been in operation for more than 12 years.The equipment has serious aging problems,frequent failures and defects,and the protection automation technology is obviously lagging behind.To the protection and automation equipment of the main control room,the safe and stable operation have been unprecedentedly challenged.Therefore,it is necessary to propose a transformation plan as soon as possible and transform it.Based on the introduction of the operation status of 220 k V Fushan Substation,this paper expounds the necessity of comprehensive automation transformation,clarifies the specific scope of this retrofit,and details the specific principles of retrofit and the design scheme of retrofit,including The equipment selection and equipment functions of the station control layer and the bay layer of 220 k V Fushan Substation were formulated.In addition,there are the second partial transformation plan of the substation,as well as the optimization measures proposed in this transformation.After the comprehensive automation transformation of 220 k V Fushan Station,themeasurement and control device of the whole station was replaced,3 transformer protection devices,220 k V bus protection devices,safety protection devices,10 110 k V line protection devices,PT parallel devices,five defense systems,GPS Devices,intelligent telecontrol devices,mainframes and operator workstations,etc.In the monitoring,control,measurement and remote transmission of information of the whole station equipment,related functions such as data collection,SOE message,remote signaling,remote control and other functions can be realized.After the completion of this transformation,the failure rate of equipment in the station will be greatly reduced,both in terms of operation and maintenance costs and power supply reliability are of great significance.
