In order to meet the requirement of reliable and stable and high-quality power supply and power systems of their own development,more and more money has been used to transformer substation synthesis automation innovation construction in recent years.Transformation substation synthesis automation systems had a profound the impact in safe and of the power system,but also in the national grid company " three five" reform "Big Run" to provide a strong to grid With the projects of transformer substation synthesis automation innovation construction growing,we find that our transformer substation synthesis automation construction project management needs to be improved.There is a series innovation of irrational problem,and the project management theory to transformer substation synthesis automation innovation construction process management can be a good solution these problems.Paper using project management theory,research object is substation integrated automation transformation construction process security management,first introduced substation fully since system structure,and fully since system function and based on dumplings system of detection platform of introduced;then again analysis has substation fully since transformation engineering exists of several security problem and established has maintenance program me framework structure,combined about project management theory,proposed substation fully since transformation engineering of design thought and the security management program me;last to security management for core,Illustrates the device in substation comprehensive social transformation process relevant operational calculation and monitoring platform structure and fault handling methods.(1)introduction this paper related to the basic theory and method,focusing on knowledge of substation integrated system structure and the need for security management of substation comprehensive social transformation projects.(2)study on comprehensive analysis system for substation,seeking suitable ways and means of transforming substation.(3)based on various characteristics of the substation,for different characteristics of substation comprehensive social transformation,for example calculation of substation load and short-circuit fault monitoring guidelines.(4)learn to use test platform technology,validation and monitoring platform of substation integrated process safety management is correct or not.Put forward comprehensive renovation project risk monitoring and earlywarning models.The study help in substation comprehensive project implementation is ensured the achievement of the expected target,while other power projects risk safety management reference.Substation integrated automation renovation projects for the future according to group management techniques provide a reference and guidance role.
