In recent years,in the construction of smart grids,the proportion of intelligent equipment for power equipment is getting higher and higher.In order to transfer the maintenance and regular maintenance after many years of accidents to the maintenance according to the equipment status,reduce the maintenance cost of the power equipment and improve the operation efficiency of the equipment,and make early warning of possible equipment failures,we need to use intelligent technology to upgrade power equipment.High-voltage switchgear is a key device that supplies power to users and plays a very important role in the power system.However,there are a lot of factors that can cause the switchgear to malfunction,but if it can be found in time when the operating state of the device changes,it can ensure the normal and stable operation of the switchgear and reduce the number of equipment maintenance.Therefore,installing a monitoring device on the switchgear cabinet is very helpful to improve the operational reliability of the switchgear.This thesis studies the theory of key technologies,vacuum circuit breaker mechanical characteristic measurement technology,primary circuit connection point temperature measurement technology,switchgear insulation state monitoring technology,state monitoring system anti-electromagnetic interference technology,and condition monitoring system software and hardware.Design and system test analysis three steps to design a set of integrated switchgear monitoring information and built-in in the conventional switchgear circuit breaker mechanical characteristics online monitoring,passive wireless online temperature measurement,switchgear insulation state monitoring and other functions of high voltage Switchgear integrated condition monitoring system.Combined with advanced sensor technology,it realizes the collection of various parameters in the operation of the switchgear,and displays the information through the background comprehensive condition monitoring systemto realize the monitoring,analysis,alarm,data summary and various common abnormal defects of the switchgear.Focused on visual display,providing research basis for various characteristics of different stages inside the switchgear.
