With the continuous development of water conservancy in China,the application of pumping stations in water conservancy transfer and industrial production is increasing day by day.At present,the monitoring of pump station operation status is still in the semi-automatic state of manual inspection,which has obvious regional limitations,which will cause inconvenience to pump station staff commuting and can not obtain pump station information in time.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs a pump station intelligent inspection system based on M-BUS bus communication,which changes the normal working mode of special person on duty,realizes the remote intelligent inspection work of pump station running state,and achieves the functions of automatic monitoring,fault alarm,advance prediction and so on.The intelligent inspection system of pump station studied in this paper is based on STM32 single chip microcomputer,and the M-BUS bus is used as the transmission bus of pump station state information.Aiming at the problems of reducing the number of devices connected to the bus and the error rate of transmission due to the loss of line and external interference in the process of information transmission,the M-BUS bus interface is improved adaptively.By using Multisim software to simulate the circuit and verify its feasibility,the simulation results show that the improved adaptive circuit improves the stability and efficiency of bus transmission.Because the collected signals are easily disturbed by the outside world,the volatility is large,so it is not easy to meet the accuracy requirements of the inspection system.The Kalman filter algorithm is used to build the model of the pumping station detection system,and the state optimal estimate is obtained by using the Kalman filter algorithm.The simulation results show that the detected information can effectively reduce noise,filter clutter and obtain the optimal value after Kalman filter.The Kalman one-step estimation algorithm is improved to predict pump station working condition in advance.It is proved that the prediction algorithm has good practicability for the prediction of pump station operation state.According to the collected information and threshold,it is used to detect whether the system is in the fault state,so as to control the start and stop of the fault point of the pump station and reduce the occurrence of the fault.According to the application requirements of the intelligent inspection system of the pump station,the systems remote communication network is completed by combining with the intelligent cloud platform.Through the WiFi wireless communication module,the collected pump station status information is uploaded to the cloud server or APP through the single-chip serial port.The APP can be used to check the working status of the pump station,realize the remote information-based management of the pump station,achieve the innovation of the management mode,improve the management level and work efficiency of the staff,and have great significance to the application of the decentralized status inspection of the pump station.
