Since 2014,“Sponge City” has been identified as a new urban construction model in China,which is of vital significance to the control of rainwater runoff,the shortage of water resources,the control of water pollutants and the protection of ecological water system.Shenzhen successfully applied to be a pilot city for sponge city construction in 2016.Subsequently,Shenzhen opened up a new round of comprehensive control of water environment,the new governance model,breaking the previous water conservancy sporadic mode,implement river basin packaging,unified organization to the implementation of the integrated management of sewage disposal system and construction,the emphasis is on propulsion control source sewage and rain flood management engineering,systematically takes into account the area the construction and improvement of the water body of water supply and drainage facilities.Based on the research content of this topic,the research goal is to apply the sponge city concept to the project and the upper and lower village storage tank project in the Maozhou River basin(Baoan area)through theoretical research and engineering practice.Through Maozhou River basin in baoan district not triage area sewage branch pipe network project implementation,as well as the construction of Shangxia Village regulation pool,reduce sewage water confluence tubes,the number of river channels,so as to improve the pollution situation in the area,improve the life of residents in the area of environment,to establish new urban landscape water body,eliminate contradictions between the upstream and downstream water environment,improve the quality of the whole area of the water environment.This article is on the basis of Shenzhen Maozhou river basin sponge analysis and investigation of the theory and practice of city,the present situation of the city according to its characteristics,combined with the own construction base advantage,according to the standard of our country demands on sponge reform from design and construction of city conducted a series of exploration and practice,focus on the study of urban rain flood regulation system,argumentation and comparison,the scheme of construction carries on the optimization design.
