Research On The Current Situation Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Wenchuan Luobo Stockaded Village Community Construction Based On ANP

Located in Yanmen Township,Wenchuan County,luobo stockaded village is a national historical and cultural village,and one of the first batch of villages selected into the list of Chinese traditional villages.Although it is rated as a national AAAA tourist attraction,restricted by geographical conditions and slow economic development,the development of villages is facing unprecedented challenges.It can be regarded as a beneficial exploration to realize the sustainable development of traditional villages to integrate the village community resources,realize the effective use of resources and the self-organizing development of villages,and solve the institutional,service and even spatial issues in the process of community building.In this paper,the network analytic hierarchy process as a means to study the luobo stockaded traditional villages of Qiang,Wenchuan County,Aba Prefecture,and put forward the traditional village building strategy based on the community construction theory.On the basis of combing the current situation of community construction and traditional village protection and development at home and abroad,a three-level index system of community construction in luobo stockaded village is established from the five dimensions of community construction theory,namely " human","culture"," geography","industry" and "landscape".The first level index is divided into five categories: human resources,cultural resources,geographical environment,industrial development and landscape resources.Under the first level indicators,10 element sets are established,and under the 10 element sets,35 specific evaluation indicators are selected.Based on the detailed mining of the interaction between indicators,the weights of indicators at all levels are calculated by using the network analytic hierarchy process,and the membership degree and final quantitative value of each indicator are calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the order of quantitative value is human resources(7.665)> geographical environment(7.009)> cultural resources(6.899)> Industrial Development(6.560)> landscape resources(6.326).Finally,the paper puts forward the promoting strategies of community construction for the indicators with the quantitative value of less than 7,that is,the evaluation results are general("landscape","production" and "culture"),and puts forward the improving strategies of community construction for the indicators with the quantitative value of more than 7,that is,the evaluation results are good("human","geography").Based on this,it is proposed that the community construction of luobo stockaded village should implement the multi participation system,take the public welfare as the goal,and formulate the norms and guidelines of village construction.
