Research On The Evaluation System And Planning Strategy Of The Development Status Of Coastal Tourist Villages In Hainan

In recent years,with the development of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the establishment of pilot free trade zone,Hainan Province has gradually become the main destination of marine tourism by virtue of its unique geographical environment,natural landscape and human resources.Some coastal villages have also taken this opportunity as an opportunity.Promote the upgrading and transformation of the tourism industry.These types of villages have different development models,but they have common problems.They blindly rely on resource endowments for tourism development while neglecting ecological environmental protection;the types and scales of supporting facilities under the background of tourism transformation are unrealistic;and the village’s own development status is under-assessed.Inappropriate planning strategies,etc.However,the current development status evaluation and planning measures are relatively scarce.So there is an urgent need for the construction of a corresponding evaluation system and the formulation of targeted planning strategies to promote the rational development of the village.This research aims to clarify the development stage and main effects and problems of the village by constructing the evaluation system of the development status of the coastal tourist villages in Hainan,and propose corresponding planning strategies from the three aspects of resource environment,tourism services and villagers’ lives to guide the village Planning and construction.The main work includes the following three parts:The first part determines the research background,purpose,meaning and research content on the basis of literature study,and constructs the overall framework of the research;Secondly,defines related concepts and clarifies the research objects;Then sorts out the main theories used;Finally,domestic and foreign the results and shortcomings of related theoretical and practical research are summarized to provide theoretical support for subsequent chapters.The second part clarifies the characteristics,driving factors,development mode and existing common problems of coastal tourism villages in Hainan through summary analysis and field investigations,and lays the foundation for the construction of the evaluation system;then refers to relevant research results and combines expert scoring methods to determine the resource environment,Tourism services,and villagers’ life.Using analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation index system for the development status of coastal villages in Hainan;and construct the evaluation model of the village development status through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and then determine the evaluation grade division standard;finally based on The planning evaluation results establish the overall planning concept,propose planning strategies from the three aspects of resources and environment,tourism services and villagers’ lives,and propose differentiated and targeted planning strategies based on the different development models of the village.The third part selects Xiangdi Village,Foluo Town,Ledong County as an example,in order to verify the rationality of the model.Using questionnaire surveys and evaluation models,the evaluation result of the comprehensive development status of the village is obtained as 60.73 points,which is reasonable at the lower level of the development stage,the scores of each criterion level and index level are calculated at the same time to clarify the main effects and problems of the village development;On this basis,based on spatial control,from improving the coastal landscape,renovating the village style,and optimizing the industry put forward corresponding planning strategy suggestions in five aspects: layout,improvement of service facilities and sound management mechanism;Finally,the full text is summarized,shortcomings and prospects of the research are put forward.The study indicates that the formulation of planning strategies for coastal tourist villages in Hainan should be based on the evaluation of the development status,with public participation as the prerequisite.The staged disadvantages of village development should be clarified based on the evaluation results,so as to improve the planning and realize the "Village and Sea",he "Mountain and Sea" pattern of shaping promotes the industrial revitalization and sustainable development of the villages.
