Research On The Present State And Future Trend Of Intelligent Community At Home And Abroad

With the rapid development of information and technology,a large number of high-tech technologies have been applied to the construction of grassroots communities.The construction,management and service of grassroots communities have undergone great changes.The traditional community management model can’t meet the needs of community residents and need to change.In 2008,IBM in the United States proposed the concept of "Intelligent Earth" and committed to "intelligence," "interconnected,"and "perceived." The pioneering applications of Intelligent Earth in cities and communities are intelligent cities and intelligent communities.As part of the intelligent city,intelligent communities have the advantages of less investment,faster returns,and higher fault tolerance,and have received widespread attention from various countries.Compared with the construction of intelligent communities in developed countries,the construction of intelligent communities in China is relatively late,the related industries are not fully mature,and the comprehensive evaluation system is not perfect.Combining the above problems,this thesis studies the development of intelligent communities at home and abroad,and uses the analytic hierarchy process,questionnaire survey method and CiteSpace,Yaahp,SPSS and other software to carry out the following work:(1)This thesis studies the status quo of intelligent community construction at home and abroad,including development background,development history,main content,typical practices and cases.Research shows that developed countries mainly focus on building people’s livelihood,attaching importance to advanced technology,emphasizing market-driven and expanding coverage to build intelligent communities.The Chinese intelligent community is mainly in building public information platforms,focusing on intelligent old-age care,applying intelligent homes,promoting the wisdom of community infrastructure.The four aspects are being carried out.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the problems existing in the construction of domestic intelligent communities and proposes relevant solutions.(2)Based on the research on the development status of intelligent communities at home and abroad,this paper divides the intelligent community comprehensive evaluation system into 5 aspects and 22 major factors,and establishes the intelligent community hierarchical structure model with these elements,and uses the scale method 1-9 is evaluated and a pairwise comparison judgment matrix is constructed.At the same time,according to these factors,the questionnaire was designed and the corresponding data was obtained.The reliability and validity of the data were tested by SPSS software.(3)This thesis solves the wisdom evaluation model of each system in the intelligent community,and uses Yaahp software to find the weight of each class and each element.According to the weight,the residents pay attention to the various elements of the intelligent community.Establish a comprehensive evaluation system for smart communities,and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent community construction,and test whether the established judgment matrix satisfies the basic consistency problem,thus ensuring the rationality of the judgment matrix.(4)This thesis combines the above research,from the technical aspects of the four aspects,the application is comprehensive and in-depth,the industry synergy and industrial chain development,the gradual development of system construction,analyze four aspects of the intelligent community’s future trend.I hope to provide some valuable reference suggestions for the development of intelligent communities.Figure[15]Table[53]Reference[74]...
