E-commerce enterprises are emerging enterprises bred by the rapid development of the Internet economy.In the context of online economic prosperity,e-commerce companies have developed rapidly,and at the same time,they have brought fierce competition between e-commerce companies and between e-commerce companies and traditional companies.In order to remain invincible in the competition,more and more companies are beginning to focus on the analysis and service of consumers,as well as the construction and optimization of the entire value chain of the company.Cost control,which plays a key role in the value system,plays an important role in the survival,operation and development of the enterprise.In the era of the Internet and big data,information can be shared,the functions of various departments have begun to cross each other,and the organization of enterprises has gradually become networked and flattened.The traditional cost control model has already suffered from deficiencies.Can not meet the development and needs of emerging Internet companies.In order to be invincible in the competition and occupy the advantage,the idea of value chain is introduced into the cost control of modern e-commerce enterprises,and it has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.This article refers to domestic and foreign relevant literature on supply chain and e-commerce enterprise cost control,understands the current research situation at home and abroad,summarizes the deficiencies in the study,and learns related basic theories.Taking e-commerce enterprise GM enterprise as an example,Dismantling the value chain,analyzing cost control from three aspects of logistics,information flow and capital flow,and comparing it with industry benchmarking company JD.com,pointing out that GM companies have low efficiency of their own logistics systems in value chain cost control.Insufficient attention to technology research and development,long cash cycle and other issues,analyzed the causes of the problem,and.further proposed the establishment of a logistics competition platform,using its GM communications and GM finance for datamining,and improving the use of its own payment platform.Optimize countermeasures and corresponding safeguards.
